Good product easy to use.
Beware, this product is now dark grey after the formulation was changed in late 2019. Its quite a bit darker than the lid which illustrates the colour. My new tubs contain almost black grouting, so why have grey at all! It's now in a non-see through foil pack so you can't see it's different until it's open. Looks like I'll have a 2 tone grouting on my patio and path. I didn't get far with their customer service. Shame because it's a pretty good easy to use product and the previous grey was lovely, especially if you didn't want black. Photo shows difference in older grey Vs new almost black

Easy to use, great finish, would certainly recommend.
Product was very easy to use. Had an issue with a couple of the bags of compound being faulty but they were replaced with quibble by the supplier.
Easy to use, looks great and by the looks of things will be harder wearing than traditional filling substances.
Hard to get into small joints 3mm as stated on box. Just put in so time will tell.
