LSO/ Lone Star Overnight Reviews 1,495

I paid extra for "overnight" shipping for clothes I bought online from Macy's. I live in a gated complex. My tracking info. says that they attempted to deliver on Monday and brought it back to their warehouse, attempted again on Wednesday and brought it back. Today is Friday. I provided my cell phone# and email address with the order, but no one has tried to contact me. If the problem is that they need the gate code, why would they come back a 2nd time without contacting me? The gate is still going to be there. They have no phone number and have not responded to the messages that I send through their website. Amazon/Fedex/UPS deliver to me all the time w/o a problem. I will never order anything that requires these fools to deliver it again.

LSO has no customer service. I tried contacting them about a missing shipment, but they do not respond to emails, and if you try calling them you get a message saying that they are, "Unable to answer calls". It's a joke! I don't know why Nordstrom uses them, but I will never buy anything from Nordstrom again if it's being shipped via LSO.

LSO company is literally horrible. 7/25/23 they literally delivery me an empty box . Mf purse that I order from Nordstrom was not in there no receipt in the box or anything. I am livid. If Nordstrom continues to use them I will not order from their company online .

Sephora used them as well and I didn’t receive two packages that time. They literally need to get shut down

First off lso is horrible..what are yah hiring crack hiring..I’m never shopping with fashion nova again..I ordered outfits for my bday..nd still have not received it..than delivered it to the wrong house..lso need to be put out of business ..they are a horrible delivery service

If I could leave zero stars I would. LSO always loses packages. It's to the point I no longer want to order online. Mostly every company is switching to LSO. As soon as I see the mail carrier is LSO I already know my package will be stolen/lost. It's so unfair.

My package was out for delivery yesterday. Was not delivered. Out for delivery today. Not delivered. It has been in town since 7/18. Today is 7/21.

Did not deliver by delivery date, no reason to why and customer service lacked response time.

I received a package in error. I've tried to contact the company multiple time by phone, email, and text message. They never answer any of these communications. they have completely isolated themselves from all communication. Run, do not walk from this company.

Terrible If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have the worst service, and they don't have any customer support. A package from San Antonio to Fredericksburg Texas has been in transit for over a week. So much for overnight delivery. It cost $40 and the package still isn't there. Important payments that need to be overnight bouncing between here and Dallas. Worst ever.

NORDSTROM DO NOT USE!! THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. I'VE HAD TWO PACKAGES SAY THEY WERE DELIVERED AND THEY NEVER ARRIVED. MULTIPLE RING CAMERAS IN THE FRONT OF OUR HOUSE NEVER PICKED UP ANYONE STOPPING OFF PACKAGES. PLEASE STOP USING THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

NORDSTROM.COM please don't use this service to deliver to customer, LSO show that they delivered to my house on 7/17/2023 at 8:13 pm, my daughter staying home all day but she didn't see any package delivered and I look at my ring and lorex camera I didn't see anyone or any truck delivery to my house. I live at dead end road my lorex camera see everything from my house to the stop sign. I thought maybe they delivered to my neighbor, but I didn't see any truck or car show up for delivery.

This is the worst service I’ve ever received $200 package I’ve been waiting on since 7-6 I have not received an email back from the company I can’t contact anyone also no updates I’m so irritated with this company

I ordered a package through Nordstrom and had never heard of “LSO shipping” before. My package was scanned when it arrived in my city, but since have received no update and have not heard back from customer service after multiple attempts to contact them. LSO is a scam and companies need to stop using them for shipping.

I hate that did not read the reviews first but because I ordered from a business I was not expecting to be a victim of theft through LSO. My tracking has not been updated for days, there’s no way to contact them and my package is missing after 4 days of an estimated delivery date, finally it reads delivered and I don’t have my package. I contacted the company which this should not be a surprise to them as I have read many reviews stating that they are victims also from ordering from this company. I am going on vacation with the things I ordered which makes me very upset. It’s sad that these billion dollar companies go through these type of carriers after so many complaints of theft. The company has lost out on a customer, and LSO should be put out business, ITS RIDICULOUS l!

LSO either steals packages or delivers to the wrong address. For me, this is the 3rd package that was supposedly been delivered that I have not received. It’s not hard! My address is a giant apartment building with a front office that is open during business hours. If you can’t locate my apartment number, leave it at the office during business hours or in the mail room where we have secure package lockers. But, that would be if LSO was really trying to deliver. I think y’all are just stealing packages and you should be prosecuted.

I was ordering a package from an app and while I was ordering it told me about when my package would come. So I get a message when my package will come and what time. It was comeing around 1:15pm. Well that's what it told me now it's 3:10pm. You would probably understand if you had ordered from this so called delivery service. So all I realy want to say is where is my package!!!

I was suppose to get my package from Fashion Nova on July 7th, and yet my package is still not here. LSO where is my PACKAGE? WHERE IS IT?

I’ve never had a good experience with this company, my packages never come or arrive extremely late from expected delivery date. If fashion nova continues to use them I’m not ordering from them anymore, this company is a joke and a scam!!!

This Company is just SORRY my office expect to receive packages every month at a certain time, their never delivered when you expect it, they contract drivers that do care how the leave your package and please do not try to call them you get NO ANSWER and yes that is the same with emailing. I wish we could just switch to FEDEX,DHL even through the USPS.

My package said delivered to the front door but I have a ring door bell and no one delivered anything to the front door or the mailbox. On the fashion nova website it says delivered to Fort Worth. My address is in Burleson TX . Where did Fort Worth come from? The carrier either stole my package or delivered it to the wrong address. I have ring cameras all around my house and at 7:18 no one came to deliver anything to me. Yes the carrier took a photo of the package but not with it on my porch it was in some ones lap, which leads me to guess it was stolen. The carrier assigned to this route stole my package and marked it as delivered . Worst customer service ever. I will present all of this information to my bank and dispute it. I will no longer order with fashion nova until they get another carrier
