Not a reliable company anymore it used to be few years ago but now no one knows what they doing, customer service agent put phone on you while you speak to them. Always has excuse skip is too heavy to lift off course it will be heavy for a small truck to lift a big skip. Always have to call again and again for collection then same size of same skip lifted by the bigger truck but wasted our time and labour whom we paying on daily basis as they cant do any work without empty skip!!! Been told skip was too heavy to lift saw in CCTV no one has tried to lift the skip have evidences!! Skip is not inch moved where it was left how it is possible to say skip is Too heavy when no has tried to lift. GET RESPONSIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Full of false promise's, can deal with the truth rude staff who just tell you what you want to hear.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!

L & S concrete and pump crew were great .
Very helpful guys , who set up fast and got the job done well.
Cleaned up tools and also the path.

Came and took my skip when it was half full. No heads uk to say I only had it for 7 days. Told it was on the website under the faqs. Yeah better check that it does not even have a faq section. Won’t use this lot again really disappointed.
