Brilliant service as usual. Repaired tyre on my wife's Mini rather than trying to sell me a new one. Fast, efficient, professional, good price and, as always, polite. Great team. Keep it up lads.

Have used this company before and I’ve always found them friendly professional and competitive with their prices.
However, I recently took my car in with a small screw embedded in the tyre and with lower pressure in that specific tyre.
Rather than fobbing me off with an excuse that I needed a new tyre, they patiently checked it, re-inflated it and told me it didn’t need to be replaced. This is integrity and customer service that you don’t often get these days.
I will certainly use this team again, and I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Bought 4 tyres online and booked my car in to have them fitted. When I got there I was told that they couldn’t get the tyres I ordered and I had to have a refund. When I checked online they are still selling the same tyres even though they can’t get them. Never even got a phone call to let me know there was a problem.

Second set of tyres from the team At Stourbridge, helped me out with a new set due to puncture and having my screen replaced by appointment in the afternoon, got me in straight away and onward to get the screen replaced, superb service by John (I think) and Luke was very helpful, well done guys it’s nice to have good service for a change in the uk, highly recommend this team.

John and the team were faultless. Sorted out both rear wheel alignments in 1/2 hr. Needed tyres all round, ordered and fitted the next day at a great cost. Thanks lads. I won’t be using anybody else again! 👍🏻

Terrible experience,
I had to get the exhaust repaired after 2 months, they wouldn't honour the gauretee..
Aggressive behaviour too, be careful where you spend your hard earned money...

Very good service. Had two new tyres fitted today and wheel alignment done at the Stourbridge branch. Really friendly and helpful guys. All sorted in half an hour and prices very good. Will certainly use again.

Replaced tyre after rac took vehicle there. Had puncture and tyre needed to be replaced was given 2 prices 1 for 2hr turnaround and 1 for later that afternoon. Opted for cheaper price as was at work and did not need car as husband was able to pick me up. Car repaired after 2 hrs and was told completely different price as car was repaired quickly. Asked why different was told It was because car was repaired quick advised this is not what was requested but owner was insisting he has acted correctly. Felt I had been ripped off as lone female thought in this day and age things would be different. Clearly not will not use this garage again.

In short, I went to have a set of back tyres put onto my car. After sitting them, I noticed that one of the people that changed the tyre had scuffed my back break calliper.

When I told them they were very uneasy with me but did offer to fix.

After driving on the tyres I noticed the car wasn’t driving well and turns out they were the wrong tyres for the car.

When I mentioned this, the owner or manager (Jimmy or Johnny) called me very angry that I’d accused them of fitting the wrong tyre. However they said they’d fix.

When I wanted to arrange to meet them, and this is where it gets worrying, this Jimmy it Johnny said he’ll meet me in a very aggressive demeanour and was more or less shouting at me.

Obviously concerned for my welfare, I didn’t go and meet him because he was that threatening, I thought he was going to assault me when I arrived.

My advice is make your own judgement, but if you want to have your car damaged and want to be physically assaulted, then use these guys.

Had a stainless steel exhaust fitted and couldn't have been more pleased, the guys were informative and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble. I couldn't have asked for any more professionalism and price was extremely competitive. My new permanent garage for my car. Thank you

VERY HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY GOOD ON PRICES

I have had a stainless exhaust system made and fitted, the materials used are of top quality, the work done far below standard, the attitude of the one employees poor, the system was quoted as from the flange after the header 4 into 1 manifold, they cut the pipe under the drivers seat and connected from there, i questioned this and asked for it from the flange the manager said i'm not going to arque but we don't touch the flanges on mitsibushi's the bolts break and can't replace or get them and i would have quoted really high to not get the work, i had another foot of the exhaust added to atleast go up into the engine bay, not the best but better, the system when finished looked good, leaked from both of the flanges they had done, blamed on warpage due to the welding, the tailpipe banged on the body not enough clearance. I was busy so waited a good week before taking the vehicle back, they disasembled the second flange (warped) and applied magic sealant out of mastic gun, the second i was told was a small hole in the welding of the flange, they pointed a welder at it and made pretty flashes ( not going say it was welded because it still leaks and the lad didn't have weld mask on so could see what he was actually doing the gas shroud was missing off the end of the gun, so what they have done is porous) left a bit of 'chicken splatter'. this is hard to actually get to see more a feel, the clearance issue was remedied by adjusting the hanger rubber, still close in my opinion but doesn't bang. so overall it's a shame they used quality materials to do a poor job. i have experience in engineering, worked as a welder/fabricator, machinist, turning and milling, studied engineering design to honours degree level, worked as quality controller and assistant to the technical director at a weld machine supply company. i could have done a much better job with the materials and machinery they had to hand..

Dangerous. They over torqued my wheel nuts and they snapped whilst driving and my wheel fell off. They denied all responsibility despite them being the only ones to have touched the wheel for 2 years.

Ive been a customer for a while now and the service has always been good.
Today however the service at the Halesowen branch was exemplary.
I had a problem with what i thought was my brakes binding.
I made a call to LTC who said bring the car in now and they would look at it. I took it in and they quickly discovered that after my last service ( not at LTC!!) both front wheels were loose.
Quickly fixed and told me to test it and bring it back if there was still a problem - which there isnt!

I've used LTC in Stourbridge twice now in past year - once was for a new set of 4 tyres to my M135i and today was for puncture repair to my 440i. They are an extremely good company in my opinion - the prices are competitive but more importantly you get good service from them. The mechanic took time to explain the issues today and fixed them. Also offered me some good advice. I wouldn't use anyone else - Jamie runs a good team. Thanks.

Had new tyres fitted at the Halesowen branch had a problem with my alloys I had bought off them the problem was sorted immediately with no questions asked a fantastic service from friendly polite and very professional staff a big thank you to Adam who went above and beyond
