The network continually goes down on…

The network continually goes down on account of a towerhost at a farm where they bump into it or sometimes throw the breaker and sometimes it takes 24 hours before anyone can plug it back in or flip the breaker☹️. been happening 2 plus years I wish someone would. Secure it or find a better host in the area.

Get ready for unreliable, slow, expensive internet!

Get ready for unreliable, slow, and expensive internet! You will randomly drop off and never know when you will be back up. Your top speed will be 25Mbps. All for the low cost of $80 per month with a year long commitment. Let's dive into each of these. Unreliable - I can always connect to my 'tower' but can't get past it. They rely on mesh networking which is always slow and painful. If another 'tower' has a issue, so do you. Also is effected by the weather. Anytime heavy rain, ice, and snow are happening. You get little to no connection/speed. Slow - You can only get 25Mbps, need I say more? I've only seen this once or twice on a speed test. 99% of the time I only see I can get in the teens for speed. Expensive - $80 for 25Mbps, ouch! If you can get ANYTHING else, do it. Starlink would be better when available soon. Lastly - The kicker is tech support! Get ready to sit on hold for 45 minutes to an hour to report your no connection or slow speeds! Only to say it's one of the other issues described above. They say to check Facebook page to only see nothing is posted for single tower issues. So you'll never know if its a small or big issue. Billing customer service actually answers the phone in a few minutes and have been busy refunding 1 day outages requests.
