I had a fence built, and while it initially looked good, after just three weeks the panels began to warp. I contacted Luke multiple times by phone, email, and WhatsApp, asking him to come and inspect the issue and replace the faulty panel if necessary. Today, after he pretended not to hear me when I called from a different number, I realised he had blocked my number, as my calls always go straight to voicemail. He has never responded to any of my complaints or attempts to resolve the problem.

Luke and his team have been professional from start to finish. He turned up promptly to give a quote, which was done on an iPad, and I later received a video showing a 3D model of the garden design — a really nice touch that none of the other companies offered. I also liked that LTS had an up-to-date website and Facebook page, which was reassuring.

The team were friendly and hard-working, completing a large patio, garden path, stepping stones and a second smaller patio in just two and a half days.

I did spot a few snags after the job (some grouting and a couple of loose tiles), but Luke arranged for these to be fixed a few weeks later. I’m confident that if any issues crop up down the line, Luke will make sure they’re sorted — it’s clear this small family business genuinely cares about their customers and their satisfaction.

Had my fence blown down from the storm had a new fence replaced and gate couldn’t have asked for a more polite team anything I asked was done very highly recommend this firm will definitely be getting more work done by Luke and he’s team in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks again

Luke and his team installed a beautiful driveway for us that we have wanted for so long. The team worked so hard and turned around the project within 1 week. Luke communicated with me through the whole project and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. They cleaned up every day and made sure nothing was left out or out of place.
