Ordered an item 6 weeks ago and have not received it emailed them numerous times and no response
Once I determined the mouth piece was ineffective, I attempted to return it. I reached out to Luadra 8 times with no response. I finally reached out to PayPal and they were not willing to help since the 30 day return policy had passed. It had passed because the company would not return my 8 emails.
Do not waste your money on this useless device. The company refuses any help!!!!
First, the item took nearly a month to receive. I reached out to customer support twice asking for an update, with no response.
When I received the item, it didn't work and hurt my tongue.
When I reached out to initiate the return based on their return policy - you guessed it, no response. This company is a scam.
Got mine no problem after around 3 weeks to my FPO (US) address in Japan. Can tell going take some getting used to and time to get the right fit…push your tongue to far in it’s gonna feel like you put it in a vacuum cleaner hose!…which described my first night and I lasted 10 mins and it hurt. Too little and it’ll come off. Got a nap in today and seemed to work ok. I love sleeping on my back, but can’t with apnea in the bad side. Hoping this allows some level of back sleep all night as it did for nap. We’ll see.
This company scammed me out of 50 bucks. They said money back guarantee if not satisfied. Email doesn’t work and their phone is disconnected. I used Apple Pay and they can’t do anything. So, I’m screwed out of my money.
The email address provided on their support page bounce. I also emailed support@ several times with no response. There’s no way to get a refund from these guys and the product stinks. Rip off.
I tried the mouthpiece that moves your jaw forward, used mouth tape but this device works great. I went from “epic” snoring according to the SnoreLab app to no snoring at all. It took 2 days to get used to now I forget I have it on. Tongue slips in and creates a suction that holds it out enough to prevent snoring. It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive (probably out of China) I highly recommend to anyone
Oh yeah, I got scammed ! Said they attempted delivery, but I was home. Nothing after that. It’s been a month.
Be warned, I wrote in to them multiple times and did not receive a reply. I tried to file a dispute with PayPal twice and both times PayPal rejected my claims even though all I wanted is a refund. I believe both entities are in cahoot!
They show an address in Albany, NY and a phone number but you’re disconnected before it starts to ring…even after several tries.
••••••••••••••SCAM ALERT•••••••••••••••
SCAM! I wanted to return an item I ordered, but they refused. The reason was very flimsy... I opened a case with Paypal. Let's see what they say.
Scam company. Phone number on the website is fake. They don't respond to email. I am trying to return mouthguard with no luck. Thankfully, I bought it with PayPal and will hopefully get a refund through PayPal as I have opened a case.
Their website promised a full refund with no return shipping if I was dissatisfied with the product. It was a bad product and extremely uncomfortable to wear. I did not want it, and thus emailed their team for a refund. They did not even reply.
I feel ripped off and scammed.
