Overall shopping experience. Website is one of the best. I love the detailed description, photos and suggestions on how to wear each product. Makes it easy to decide which products to buy.

Products are beautiful. I love the clean design and how most products come in gold and silver. Both gold and silver products are shiny.

Customer service is excellent. Orders are processed very quickly. Delivery to Singapore is so fast. I get the products 4-6 days after I submit the order. For 1 order, Customer Service reached out to me to ensure that they understood my order correctly. I appreciate the effort.

If you’re hesitating because the price point seems higher than your usual dropship stainless steel brands…

Just bite the bullet and do it. Indeed there’s a premium compared to other brands, but you’re paying for better quality, construction, and design. I’ve bought from so many other jewellery brands, including from luxury houses, and Luah is pretty much a stand-out for me. The quality of their links and clasps feel solid and secure (no gaps in their links for example), and their designs - while deceivingly simple - are modular and therefore incredibly versatile (eg the floret agate charms I bought goes with most of their chains, bracelets, and even hoops!).

Also - their super speedy and communicative and warm customer service. Met some of the team at a pop-up, and these guys are really passionate in what they do and what their brand stands for. Stop buying from faceless, soulless dropshipping companies and consider supporting this brand instead! Their pieces now sit alongside my higher-end precious metal pieces, and i reach out for them when i have particularly active days at the gym or travelling, and don’t want to fuss too much about having to baby my jewelry, or get scared that a four-figure item would get misplaced or stolen. Just to quote what one of the Luah girls said at the pop-up - you don’t need so many pieces of jewellery, you just need a few solid ones that you can wear all the time and never take off.

I hope this brand continues to stand firm to their commitment to quality, sustainability and good design!

I had wonderful experience at Hysan Place store, really appreciated their assistance. I'm really happy to have visited them and try on, I bought more than I planned to. Would definitely purchase again, can't wait for new designs!

It was my first time purchasing from Luah and probably not the last! I ordered 3 rings and one of them was delivered wrongly but this was promptly rectified by their staff who offered options and at the same time quickly despatched the correct ring to me. Delivery was quick for both packages and so happy I got to wear them in time for my birthday :)

Been wearing the rings for the past week for my runs and even at home, washing my hands with water and soap and so far, the gold is holding up really well. Great value for money espc when bought during the sales and will definitely recommend to others looking for trendy and durable jewelry.

The perfect gift for my wife and a new favourite piece that she hasn't stopped wearing. Beautifully packaged and a personal email received to let me know about the shipping as well which was a nice touch.

I really like their products and what they stand for. But it would be great if they offer move sizes like quarter size or a half size.

Exactly as described—I’ve had it for about a year now and it still look like new. Ive worn it during workouts and the shower and it hasn’t faded at all. The price is also very reasonable for the quality you get.

However I noticed that one of the pendent that I purchased couldn’t use with another necklace due to the small loop. Other than that, materials are all good! I’ve been wearing the bracelets and rings for about 1 month, and it still look good!

Bought their jewelry once and love it so much. So I ordered again but forgot to use the promo code. I sent an email and got reply immediately for re-applying the code for me. Very nice service.

Experience with Luah's customer service has been wonderful. I had bought my sister a pair of earrings but the backing of one of the earrings was loose and kept slipping off. I wrote in to Luah and was quickly contacted by Henry, director at Luah and he made arrangements to send me a replacement backing almost immediately. Service is impeccable at Luah.

I bought a ring supposingly to wear it at my pinky finger but I lost it within 2 days as it was too loose on my finger and that was the smallest that they could offer. The ring was beautiful thus I couldn’t resist wearing it. As much as it was my responsibility, but when I feedback this to them, they have generously offered me a discount deal to purchase another item of my choice at the same sale price as the ring I have lost. Great product great service, what else could I asked for.

Henry, from Customer service was quick to respond when I told them that I got the wrong ring size and unfortunately… they didn’t have anything bigger for my fat fingers :( They issued a refund within minutes and I can’t wait to shop with them again. Love the ring designs
