Mechanic Ali was amazing, very thorough, explained everything that he was doing and told me what had to be done next time. Good service, pleasant to deal with and on time. Would use him again!!!

Booked a log book service for my Mazda CX5. Used lube mobile a few time for my cara no my sons. This time I was quoted $272 for the service, similar to others places near me. Car was reviewed and mechanic advised me all was good but should replace the wipers as starting to wear. He quoted $279 to change front and back wipers…..laughing I suggested 3 wipers costing more than rest of service wasn’t going to happen. The mechanic just shrugged, turned around, went back to his van and disappeared with my car keys and didn’t come back for 90 minutes. When he did after not responding to my calls he said he was chatting with his friend in the auto shop!!
Will now be very wary about using lube mobile again….feels like I was just being ripped off.
The next day I drove to super cheap auto and got new wipers and fitted by them for $29. That’s 10% of the price Lube mobile quoted.

Booked Lube Mobile to bleed my clutch they spent
2 hours trying to bleed it then told me they could not
do the job and that i needed a new master cylinder
which i found odd as it was fine before fluid was drained , As well as leaving a big stain on my driveway
they then tried to overcharge me . I then took my car
to another Mechanic who not only fixed it really quick
but no new parts were needed even though Lube Mobile said i needed a new master cylinder . WOULD NOT RECCOMEND LUBE MOBILE TO ANYONE .

Thank you Wayne for the diagnostic on our Toyota Aurion 2015. Wayne(S26) in Brisbane at our residence checked for electronic issues and advised there were no issues however there is an issue with the transmission pump (Mechanical) and recommended we take it to a workshop for further investigation. Top Bloke, explained everything and sent through the diagnosis to our email within 30 mins after job completed. Highly recommended.

Ricardo serviced both our vehicles today.
He was very pleasant and most professional also explained what was going on with the cars.
He also sent a video clip prior to personally explaining what was needed to get the cars road worthy again.
Very please with his work and his attitude.

I had the most disappointing experience with Lube Mobile recently. I initially reached out to them for a scheduled log book service after receiving an online quote of $1093.51. The price seemed reasonable and was actually $600 cheaper than what the manufacturer had quoted me for the same service. Based on this, I decided to book Lube Mobile for the job.

However, my experience took a terrible turn when the mechanic arrived. To my utter disbelief, the mechanic informed me that there had been a "mistake" with the initial quote, and to proceed with the service, I would have to pay a staggering $2200! This was more than double the originally quoted price.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, luring customers in with a competitive quote and then dramatically inflating the price once they had your car in their possession. It's not only unethical but also a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers.

Needless to say, I was furious and extremely disappointed with Lube Mobile's behavior. I had chosen them over other service providers based on the initial quote, and they completely shattered my trust by attempting to charge me an exorbitant amount that was clearly unjustified.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Lube Mobile for their car servicing needs to be cautious and skeptical of their online quotes. My experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I will never consider using their services again. Their deceptive pricing practices have cost them a customer, and I will be sure to share my negative experience with others to prevent them from falling victim to the same unscrupulous tactics.

Rajiv (M10) on time for appointment for service. Courtesy, helpful, well mannered, very professional . He explains what fhe car requires for minor service or major service. Also explains the cost related to be done before the go ahead by client. I highly recommend . Raj should be commended for his great work .For that reason l highly recommend Lubemobile .

He only drive the car for a minute in the car park checking on the clutch.
He didn't even border to check on the Master & Slave Cylinder.

After he's on the phone for over 5 minutes with Jasbir & the manager, he told me that the $1726.1 job is out of warranty and I will have to bring my car into their workshop to start all over again.

What a rip off!

I find them very unreliable and if I have to pay $1700 again, I will not trust Lube Mobile to replace my clutch again.

I had a fantastic experience with my car service and Lube Mobile, the mechanic that was assigned to me was Fernando, so diligent and explained everything perfect to me, initially i was going to get the annual service only but then he found out that was something wrong but he fixed and my car is ready and running. great experience.

Great service - Ron was great and was able to tell me what the problem with my car was exactly and got it sorted the same day. Would highly recommend Lube Mobile. Got a same day appointment and car was fixed the same day as well!

Contacted Lube Mobile, Told them the make of my car and that the issue was turbo related, they gave me a window 12-2, which they arrived right at the end.

The message I got was this is too hard and too much work so take it somewhere else, what a joke, in all fairness they did not charge me, However if their attitude is we only do they easy stuff they should post it on the website, I have the money to get it fixed.
I am just struggling to find a Mechanic who will actually do the job and Lube Mobile falls into that category. So if you need anything more then an oil change or a new battery save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Our mechanic Luke (vanH124) was brilliant. we had a non-starting issue with my wife's 2015 Dodge Journey. We contacted 5 mechanics prior to our contact with Lube mobile, and they all wanted nothing to do with the make of vehicle, however, from the very first contact, lube mobile was friendly and helpful. Luke was there for about 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. My wife and I would just like to say thank you. For those that know me would know I don't normally write reviews, we will be using them again. We also like the GPS feature so you can see where your mechanic is before they arrive. To the management at Lube mobile, I hope you give Luke the acknowledgment that he deserves.

Hi i would never recommend lube mobile to anyone.firstly they take ur money and mechanics lie and don't do job properly.i had problems with my cooling system the mechanic charged me a whopping $1400 to replace thermostat and hosing for coolant.for a few days later it was still leaking fluid and I complained that they broke my water pump which needed replacing and the wanted another $760 and told me that my holden car was always an issue and mechanic was aggressive and rude.i complained cause this shouldn't have happened and finally the manager organised another mechanic to fit the pump free which he did but he didn't clean his mess up and wash off the coolant that was all over my engine.im never going to use them again or recommend to anyone

I had a pre purchase vehicle inspection completed at a dealership. Bronson provided me with multiple videos inspecting the car thoroughly on the outside and under the bonnet, the interior and most importantly the underside highlighting and explaining any signs of wear or concern. This was followed up with a phone call to discuss his findings. Bronson was very easy to talk to and helped me understand his evaluation. Make sure to ask for Bronson.

Robbery. They wanted to charge $700 in labour for 3 hours. For a job that shouldn't even take that long anyway. Still $250 alone just to come out and inspect my radiator.

I can't say enough good stuff about Nirmal! He came out and was able to diagnose the issue with the transmission on my VE Commodore wagon and fixed it with no problem.

He saved me a fortune by doing a couple of things that I was unaware of (used to having manuals and not autos) and also gave me a lot of advice and answered all of my questions which gives me more confidence in looking after it.

On top of all this, Nirmal is a top quality bloke. Was happy to chat while working and really looked after me.

Once again, can't recommend him enough and will always try to get him when I need anything done on my car.

Rip Off a Big time. worst Car service
Contacted Lube Mobile, the guy came to just charge the Diagnosis fee, when i already wrote in the callout form the problem (replace gear shifter cable). He still came to charge Diagnosis fee and quoted $1200 which i got it fixed in $500 from 'mycar' service centre.
What a piece of crap they are and total rip off in broad daylight.
Avoid at all cost, i am sure they are not worth even changing oils.

If I could leave you no stars I would.
I thought use were a great company. But I’ve had nothing but problems with my breaks ever since use came out to look at my car. I had no issues with them before hand. But now I have to find someone to get all the air out of the brake line and bleed my brakes one by one. So thank you very much for putting my life and everyone else life that gets in my car on the line. People need brakes in their car to stop.

Used Paul the mechanic twice now first was great very over priced, used Paul again today was supposed to arrive at 8am then changed it til 10-12 didn’t show up til 1pm and when I said I have to leave at 2:00 was still working on my car at 2:15 🙄 made me think something was needed on my car by telling me it was an MG design issue and it was needed as it could ruin the motor, spoke to another mechanic and that was a lie. Feeling very ripped off as I couldn’t afford the extra 180 dollars today but did as I thought it was necessary.
