I'd like to share my opinion about this booking. We booked this boat tour a few months ago. Our goal was to visit the Blue Grotto and have time to explore beautiful Capri. All passengers on this boat tour were dissatisfied.
The tour description states that it includes a 4-hour visit to Capri
Once on the boat, we were told that the afternoon trip was always only two hours. This wasn't mentioned anywhere, so we looked it up with our fellow passengers. The Blue Caves also turned out to be closed, but safety is paramount, of course. However, the trip was quite pricey compared to other boat trips we took during this holiday, precisely because of the Blue Caves option. I would like to add that the people on the boat were very polite, friendly, and nice.
The company told us it was in the description on get your guide.
We've reread the excursion but can't find a clear explanation of the difference between the afternoon and morning trips. If you're referring to a 5-hour or 8-hour trip, the entire boat thought this was about whether or not to visit the Blue Cave.
Consequently, the explanation is very misleading.

Hi we are sorry you did not like the tour but unfortunately, as we have already explained to you and as they explained to you on board, the afternoon tours make 2 hour stops in Capri, while the morning tours make 4 hour stops. As we have shown you on the portal where you have booked there are 2 different options, either the 7 hour tour ( which makes 4 hour stop ) or the 5 hour tour ( which makes 2 hour stop ). Then if you want to deny the evidence go ahead.

It was an amazing day out on the water. The staff were super amazing and knowledgeable about the history! We had a really good time today! Antonio and the captain were very nice and we had a great time! Grazie mille!

What we can say Awesome! Highlight of our holiday. We had the best time the crew Mike and Salvador were knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend and we will definitely do again.

We had a fantastic day in Capri
We had a fantastic day touring Capri by boat. Everything we expected we got including drinks and a sandwich.
Emmanuel was superb, he had good knowledge and explained everything well.
I would have no hesitation in using the company again

Beautiful experience in Capri by boat with Iolanda and Salvatore, we will definitely come back. Everything is perfect as planned, the stop for swimming, free time on the island, the sandwich and drinks.
