The website implies that everything is made from 100% organic cotton, this is not the case and nowhere does it say that fleece dressing gowns are made from 100 polyester!
When I queried this the reply I got implied I should have known that 100% organic cotton could not be made into fleece.
The website should be updated so that each item details the fabric it is made from and not leave it to the customer to discover this from the care label.

I ordered the lemon dressing for my granddaughter's 7th birthday.
Wasn't sure what to expect as I have never ordered from Luca and Rosa before, the communication between myself and the company was very good.
The dressing gown has arrived and I can honestly say it's beautiful very cosy and well made cannot wait to see my granddaughter's face when she opens on her birthday as its perfect.
