Having struggled to find good linen shirts for years, Luca Faloni have delivered on all levels. The quality and fit are perfect. The experience in store was also fantastic.

Lovely clothes but service is inconsistent, other customers were offered refreshments, water, espresso i didn’t get the same experience they did unfortunately

Ease of ordering. Determining the right size to overset. The match between color and fit in the media material with my experience wearing the clothes. Refined casual elegance.

Clothes always arrive in great shape with beautiful packaging. Shipping is fast. And the shirts that I bought fit good and feel very well made. Thank you.

I am brought a friend with me who fell in love with the shirt and bought it right away. However, he was disappointed, like I am in the fact that your jackets and pants are not made for tall people. There are a lot of people over 6 foot two who cannot wear your jackets or pants because you won’t make long sizes. It is the reason why I go elsewhere otherwise it would be all Luca Faloni all the time.

The clothing is of the highest quality. It’s stylish and constructed with top-notch materials. Customer service is excellent. I initially ordered two shirts in a size that ended up being one size too small, and the company accepted them back with no questions asked so I could quickly acquire the correct size. I definitely plan to purchase more Luca Faloni.

Their own customer care is clean, quick and nice, to bad they use dhl in Holland. Packages of about 1000euros are dropped in a central hall and claimed to be delivered.. i have to use a droppoint now to get my package for sure. LF self is great! Nice stuff and high qualitiy!

High quality, good looking and great service - and on top a very nice shop in Monaco/Bavaria including a polite and handsome shop manager. Bravo!

Last year I ordered a pair of trousers, then , returned due to poor quality control.
This year, the price has increased, but I tried again…..
Ordered a pair of trousers with a delivery charge for 48 hour delivery.
It took 1 week to be delivered
It was delivered with fault and holes in the fabric.

Obstructively, Returns still need a printer, luckily I had access to one, and it was posted back the next day.
With the agreed aim of a replacement, before an upcoming trip (the reason I bought these).

It has now been 2 weeks and no replacement has been shipped out to me.

Update 14/07/2025:

So glad they responded on trust pilot saying this.

Your order was delivered within the timeframe currently stated on our website. Our courier partner attempted delivery on three separate occasions, but as no one was available to receive the parcel, it was subsequently returned to us.

It clearly shows the issues and dishonesty, I have been dealing with….

They shipped the paid 48 hr delivery item, missed delivery, so left it 2 miles away, saying to pick it up myself.

I asked for them to redeliver…. They took 1 week to do this.

The delivered item was received and was 170 pound pair of trousers with multiple holes in the fabric ! Due to poor manufacture and quality control.

I Returned the next day (needing printer and go to post office).

I emailed explained I had a trip planned and wanted them for the trip starting in 8 days.

8 days later they had not sent out a replacement delivery.
I emailed explained they had missed that chance and would need to send next week after my short trip away.

They responded once I added a Trustpilot review, asking me to remove the review , if they sent the trouser , and gave 10 percent off.
I explained the review was still accurate, as no item without defect had been delivered.

They shipped a new item for delivery on the days I said I was away.
I emailed and said I am still away and to deliver anytime next week.
They didn’t change the delivery, and tried to deliver on the weekend while I was away, on the trip I should have had the trousers , as over 2.5 weeks since original order placed.

I emailed and asked for delivery to be made on the coming week.
They emailed late Monday asking which day, I emailed within minutes saying tomorrow or any day, but tomorrow is fine.
They waited 24 hrs to reply to say they cannot deliver next day delivery, select another day.

I emailed and said any other day is fine. Just ship and deliver asap.

They didn’t try to deliver.
Instead emailed the next day, saying their website stated policy is not to deliver on a set day, and they cannot provide this service , and will refund me.

So a completely different reality from what they have said.

What is true, is over the last year (2024-2025) they have delivered 3 pairs of trousers.
One last year 2024, was the wrong colour from advertised. Returned.
One replacement last year 2024, was falling apart at the seams , and terribly cheap made. So returned due to defects.
A year later 2025, 1 item delivered, had multiple holes in the fabric in different places.

So their review response is very dishonest.
