Ordered nearly a month ago, they claim 1-2 days delivery time and i still havn’t recieved anything, no one is responsing to emails

I ordered an item that was written that it will be delivered within 2 days، but it didn't arrive on time so i contacted the seller and immediately within few hours i received an email confirming that the delivery company lost my package and a new item has been issued.
