Mark Lucas will try to rip you off, if he doesn't get his way he will blackmail you. He will come up with "extras" for an extra fee. Will stop other tradesman to do their job. He will harass and try to intimidate your family. He will try to ruin your relationship with your neighbours. He will slag you off with a postman. He will urinate in your garden, use your tools, keep asking for cookies. He will act like a man child having strops and tantrums. He will even call your workplace to slag you off if you refuse to keep paying him extras. Watch the estimates- have it as detailed as possible before he tells you that you need to pay extra because it's not on theestimate- EVERY LITTLE THING. He will take your fence down but will try to make you may extra to put it back! He will leave the place in a complete mess. Simply stay away from Mr Mark Lucas
