One of the best purchase experiences ever

I needed QED Genesis Silver Spiral jumpers. Through my retailer in the Netherlands it turned out to be impossible to have QED make these (order stayed untouched, no response from QED). I contacted Lucas, who is incredibly customer oriented. He made the jumpers to my specifcations and I received them in no time. Very, very much recommended!

I ordered speaker cables on Wednesday and received them the following Monday. I contacted them by email for delivery information and received a response within a few hours. In short, fast delivery and excellent communication. Excellent!
