Honestly after reading the very poor reviews about your company, I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was timely and I was very happy with the 3 tops I purchased. The quality is good, looks just like what was advertised

I have to give 4 stars because I love the item I purchased, but I ended up canceling most of the order because the shipping was taking a long time. But I’m still pleased with what I did receive.

Really unsatisfied because i waited to long for my order and when i contact you requesting my order that i am still waiting 4months i was informed that you don’t ship to PO Boxes. So why wasn’t i informed of the situation and if i didn’t contact customer service what would have happened?? I will not purchase anything else from this company, thankyou!

After waiting six weeks, got a delivered confirmation from USPS, but never received the items and no support from the vendor. Avoid, likely a Instagram sales scam and no real products.

This company is a scam and will not return items. If you try to return them, they’ll offer you 15% of the purchase price back and say you can keep the items. Then theyll ultimately say theirs in Dubai and the shipping cost isn’t worth it. They’ll continue to barter with you on a % refund and keeping the items. Don’t risk it, it’s not worth it.

The products we received do not represent what they had pictured. Cheap material and not true to size. Tried returning and they are continuing to make it impossible. Would not order from this site.

As a first time buyer, I didn’t know what to expect and was very pleased with the quality of this sweater (wearing it now)! So cozy and attractive!

Bought a top for daughter as a gift. It didn't fit. Asked them for a return address. They told me to keep it and they would refund me $5. I told them it didn't fit anyone and I wanted to just return it. They then offered to refund $20 of the $48 I paid. I declined. Finally they gave me a return address in Dubai. It cost more to return it there than the top cost. They are ignoring me now.

Do NOT buy from Lucew. I purchased a few items, liked one, gave one to my daughter bc I didn't like it, and the third I tried to return. Basic principal. NOPE. They harassed me with emails "negotiating" how much they were willing to refund me. If I didn't take half of what I bought it for, I would have to pay for shipping to Dubai which would cost more than the product is worth. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Product material is cheap.

Had some trouble with the site but really love the clothes

Fraudulent. Ordered a shirt, but what I got was not what I ordered. They will not accept return/refund. I went through my credit card to report fraud.

I love the quality of the shirts. They fit well and are comfortable. The colors match how they were advertised.

I have not received my item and it has been at least a month. I received a notice it had been shipped on January 4th however, impossible to track it with the UPS tracking number they have me. It says, label created but not in the system!

Ordering was easy. Customer service responded to my inquiries timely. The items are nice, I’d say they were above average in quality compared with the really cheap clothing in mass retail.
The shipping took 1 month and did not have updates for tracking so I began to think I got scammed, even though they kept saying my package was “in transit”. I never ordered anything from a foreign country and Amazon prime has me a bit spoiled.

I was relieved and satisfied after everything was completed.

I really liked my purchase although I need a larger size. But the fabric is very nice and I like the quality

Sweater material was thinner than I thought. The material was more like tee shirt material. The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered 2 sweaters and got compliments on both of them. They are so soft.
