Pessimo. Penso sia una truffa. Ho ordinato degli orecchini il 22 novembre e ancora non sono arrivati e dal Customer service continuano a dire che stanno sollecitando il venditore e mi daranno delle informazioni precise che invece non sono mai arrivate. Ed ovviamente ho Gia pagato
É una truffa! Gioielli dal laboratorio di famiglia e poi scopri che sono cinesate 😡ho fatto l'ordine per una collega e dopo 20 giorni arriva la notifica che il pacco è partito dalla Cina.
Si chiama Lucia Romano, ma è cinese. Ho fatto un ordine e ho chiesto subito dopo di annullarlo perché mi sono accorta della truffa ma non mi hanno nemmeno risposto. Ora l’ordine è in viaggio da dieci giorni ma purtroppo so già cosa mi aspetta.
Fare il reso è impossibile perché non rimborsano prodotti in sconto e sul sito i prodotti sono tutti in sconto perché si spacciano per un negozio in liquidazione. Oltretutto le spese (fino in Cina) sarebbero a carico dell’acquirente.
Guardate la loro politica dei resi: più truffa di così non si può.
Ho già segnalato la loro pagina Facebook, spero che almeno quella venga rimossa.
