Don't trust this company!! This company falsely claims to be based in the Netherlands but operates from China. Their return policy is a scam—emails bounce back and end up in your spam folder, and the phone number provided doesn’t work. You’re left with no way to contact customer service, making returns impossible. They mislead customers, and I strongly advise avoiding this site to save yourself the trouble.

Don't order clothing from this website. They robbed the pictures on the website from the beautiful brand Sezane. It is scam!!

If you want anything you see on this website just go to temu and buy it yourself for less than 1/3 of the price this website charges
Was happy to just take my refund without throwing this out there but it’s clearly a scam!!!

Can you believe it!!! - No responses! Complete silence!

I got an email very quickly after leaving my last review (30Aug). I filled in the form and sent it back. To this day I have not gotten a single response and I have sent follow up emails.
I have been unable to return a prooduct that is at least 4 sizes to big for me, even though they have a return policy. I feel robbed by Lucies.

Please DO NOT order from this site. I received my order after a 3+ week wait, not realising that it was actually coming from China, not NL as the website makes out. I ordered an 2x XL lounge sets and a rain coat. Well the lounge sets would maybe fit my 6 year old daughter but the cut and quality is shocking! The rain coat is made of thin shirt type material and absolutely disgusting shape and fit, it could not be worn with the intention that I bought it for. Nothing was as advertised. I have asked for a return and refund, given an address that is not recognised by UPS with a clear indication that if sent to a wrong address no refund would be given. I again am awaiting for a reply about this. I was also offered a 10% refund to keep the items but quite frankly I would not let my dog sleep on them. I feel that this site is a complete scam, and I will not settle until I get a refund, I will definitely be taking further action if not resolved correctly! Please don't waste your time and money using this site!

What a shame that Lucie Boutique is stilling existing! I regret ordering something from her without seeing the reviews on Luci Boutique. It is exactly what the reviews have stated. Without knowledge that the item came from China, it took 9 days before the item arrived, then color is not the same as the site, quality is bad (very thin) and it is very short. This is not the worst! Lucie Boutique makes it very difficult for the return of the item. After many emails, they claimed to send a return form to fill in for return, there was no return form!! My experience with Lucie Boutique is exactly the same as the others.

Watch out!! Total scam. Recieved a dress which doesn't fit and has terrible quality. Tried to mail them for returns. But keep getting postmasterdelivery message that adress is blocked. Fraud!!

I have filed for help with NietBezorgd. Here in nl. They are being very helpful and I have learned my rights and how at fault Luciesboutique really is. Don't let them bully you into discounts or lose your money. And since the seller sold me my merchandise using a Netherlands address they are at fault threatening me with returns to Asia. I am convinced I WILL get my money back using NietBezorgd. I hope this is helpful to others suffering the same scam.

Luciesboutique happily took my money via iDeal which of course makes it very hard to get back. They sent me a cheap pair of plastic shoes that were completely different than the cloth shoes advertised. They looked like you could get at ACTION for €3 max. Temu has better quality than this.
I read I'm responsible for return shipping (to China?) which is impossible since I cannot get a return address. They will not communicate via emails, the mobile phone number is always a busy signal and their adress in Maastricht is fake.
I'm filing legal action with "nietbezorgd. nl."
These people are SCAMMERS.

Still waiting on my refund/return form. I am at my wits end with this company now. I am emailing every day to try and get this sorted and they refuse to send me my return form. They keep asking me to keep the items and get 15/30% of my money back! I don’t want that, I want to return the items and receive my FULL REFUND!! This is exhausting!!

WATCH OUT!!!Don’t believe this shop,they are scambags putting Netherlands address when actually they are from China and putting nice pictures but in reality the products are cheap.Returns is not possible,you email them,they give you a lot of offers that is not needed.Then they will not respond to you!what a shame!
