absolute crap, con site save your money !!!

Had been depositing easily over the space of a week I had winnings of £550, I tried to get verified nothing would be accepted so after a few emails with correct details I was told they would now close my account and I may receive £190 within 14 days. Strange there was no issue taking my money only a problem paying out the winnings!

£25 deposited and over the course of 72 hours I won £300. During this time I tried to get my KYC credentials validated. Website wouldn’t let me upload my ID. After 72 hours of back and forth emails with support where I was constantly being reassured everything was ok, I woke up to find my account had disappeared and surprise along with my money.

£25 deposit returned, Support email reply told me my country of origin (UK) was restricted. However, the first validation check was my address!?! Also £275 not returned. PLEASE DO NOT BET.

I won money and kept trying to withdraw and it said I needed to complete the wagering so I played on to get the wagering paid then withdrew it only to sent a e mail saying it had been confiscated I think they are scammers do not use at all

Usual scam story with these unregulated casinos, hardly any game providers on there, for all the despoits only had a couple of crappy paying bonuses, then once the realise I'm not depositing any more money the phone starts calling trying to sweet talk you with bonuses, please take the other reviews into account and stay away!

I was nervous about using the site. Did wonder if it was a scam but I found the site to be really good. Games played well. I deposited 500 in total but won 1800. I withdrew my first amount of 1800 which they rejected because they said it was a 1000 daily limit which isn't stated in their terms and conditions it only states 2500 weekly which I find both amounts to be low. So I withdrew two separate amounts one 800 and then 1000.
Another negative thing is their withdrawal processing time taking them 3days to process a withdrawal but on a positive note the day they processed it, it was in my bank instantly so they do pay out just takes a while.
Also another negative is they only process one withdrawal at a time. So I have waited nearly 4 days for my 800 and that was processed today so I'm hoping to have the 1000 by the end of the week.
I thought I would write the review as people generally only post when they have bad things to say but to be honest the site was good and easy to use, the customer service was much better than most site and if their withdrawal procedure was quicker and amounts higher I would have given it a 5star rating. But I have played worse sites than this so credit where credit is due.
