Terrible quality
Terrible quality, its does not scratch off properly..tried a rubber and coin, been very gently. If put pressure on it the paper starts coming off. Took ages to frame it, now i have to take it down and start again

As others have said, their UK scratch map is a terrible quality. Huge parts of the map do not come off, leaving this ugly gold stain, and if you scratch any more the entire top layer of paper just comes off... Would provide pictures if I could. DO NOT buy. The map is (or should be, if it worked) gorgeous so it is a shame.
Was given this as a gift. Bought a nice frame to mount it in.Great idea, shame it doesn't scratch off properly!!! Scratch too lightly and nothing happens, scratch too heavily and it tears! Totally useless now 🙁
Ordered a scratch map and as soon as I started scratching a country off, the paper came off too so it’s a little cheap quality to what I’ve paid. Delivery came on time and looked good till I started scratching it off and that was a huge disappointment. I won’t be able to get a refund for a used item or use it like I wanted to so I don’t think I’ll be using them again.
Ordered a scratch map and hanger which ended up being lost by DPD. Contacted them via multiple email addresses, and phone numbers always receiving voicemail. I'm glad I paid through paypal as the only way I got a response and refund was when it was escalated through the paypal help centre.
I was able to get another scratch map by a different company on Amazon the next day. Do not bother the customer service is appalling!
Absolute rip off. Do not buy from this company.
Absolute rip off. Defective goods and no customer service.
I bought a pocket speaker costing £40 for my grand son's birthday. It arrived in a damaged box. The damage did not happen in transit as the damaged box was carefully packing inside the shipping box.
I bought through Notonthehighstreet so reported the defect to them and they said the supplier (Luckies) would contact me within 24 hours. They did not. After numerous e-mails and phone calls to them, I was unable to get a replacement box or any other resolution.
I have seen a previous review from someone else who had exactly the same problem.
I would certainly not buy from them again and, unless you want to get ripped off, I suggest you don't either.
Ordered the rose gold scratch map from another website. The map didn't scratch off and was terrible quality. Luckies refused to do anything about it even though its their product.
I purchased a map and never received the item. The money was taken from my account and still no item! I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions and nobody gets back. Quick to take my money but not to provide the item or respond to me. Save yourself the headache and avoid them!
