Worst SC casino I've ever played on. Literally fake bonuses and try anything to get a deposit. I've played many SC casinos and this is the lowest payout casino I've ever seen. I would never deposit a dime with them. I would have given 0 Stars but there is no option for that.

Well, I thought the website was legit but now that I have over 50 in my account and I’m trying to redeem I’m running across a bunch of trouble when I click redeem. It tells me that I need to contact contact Support to verify my account. I contact Support and ask them that I need to verify my account they tell me my account is fully verified and ready to go then Support tells me that I need 500 sweep coins in order to redeem, but on their website, it says I only need 20 sweet coins so I contact Support and tell them that their website and reviews also say $20 minimum redemption and they tell me that it’s not a one-to-one basis even though all reviews and website says it’s a one-to-one basis so if I’m fully verified, why can’t I why can’t I redeem my winnings? Why do I need 500 sweep coins in order to redeem and when did One sweep coin not equal one USD dollar I’m getting a lot of weird feelings about this Casino. I’m starting to think that I might’ve stumbled onto a scam site and then I’m reading all the reviews and I write off the batt. I’m seeing two reviews five stars that are obviously the site posting on here pretending to be someone getting paid because no one else has been paid. No one else past verification and please someone tell me when did sweep coin cash out require 500 to cash out never in my life if I ever seen anything like that and like someone else mentioned, the 10 2050 is bleeped out you can’t even access it to deposit money you can only deposit 100 and up that is another huge red flag for me. I should not waste my time on this Casino I filled it. The money did I played hard to win was offer for nothing just like spin sorcery garbage place don’t go there.

i dont know what to think, I don't like the layout because it is too similar to ones like spin sorcery that are almost impossible to redeem from because of the hoops that you have to jump through minimum thresholds wagering requirements deposits KYC blah blah blah I never had any luck with those;
but it looks like stake.com so something triggers my brain. i want to trust it.
but it is so new and so far I do not know anybody personally who has had a successful Cash experience.

on top of that I'm already being coerced into buying at minimum a $100 coin package because the $10 coin package pop up is the same same pop up that appears when you click on any of the coin packages with start at $10 and increase by $10 intervals down the page. After clicking $10 option only the 10, 20, 50 "custom" package options are greyed out / unable to be clicked on the pop up that appears. So conveniently for a new customer THIS newly established online casino (where so much RISK is involved);
The 100, 200, 300, and 500 are good to go.
Then I tried to manually enter in $10 into the window and immediately red lettering pops up underneath the fillable forms window "minimum of $100 purchase." This is sketchy. . .

I haven't contacted support yet we'll see what they say, they'll probably tell me that the first purchase has to be $100 minimum which would be the wackest thing I've heard in a while other than spin pals being able to only process $500 at a time /24 hrs.

Unable to redeem $100+ win. Misleading and scammy

Actually US based, easy to redeem, tons of games. Very high roller friendly, no BS.

I requested a redemption and completed all ID verification requirements. Their policy states that verification takes 1–3 business days, or 3–5 business days at most. However, I have now waited more than 7 full business days with no approval.

Support continues to tell me that my request is “in the queue” or “with Compliance,” but nothing is actually moving forward. Each day I’m told the same thing with no real update or progress. My balance is over $50, and I’m just trying to redeem what I legitimately earned.

This process has gone far beyond reasonable waiting time, and I feel misled by their stated timelines. If there are delays, they should notify users upfront and give accurate expectations not force people to keep following up and asking repeatedly for something that should have been completed days ago.

I will update this review if and when my verification is finally approved and I am able to redeem my balance.
