DO NOT ORDER!!! If there was no stars, it would be that! Absolute shambles of a company, I have waited over 9 weeks for my delivery now, been in touch with them via email, they gave me an incorrect tracking number, once again, email back and they state that once it leaves for dispatch, it isn’t their responsibility to chase, it’s down to me to ensure my parcel is delivered 😳 I ask for a refund as I STILL haven’t received my product and now I am getting no replies.

I would give zero stars if possible. Shipping took over a month and the so called indestructible dog toy, had it's ear ripped off in less than 20 minutes. I send photos and was told to return the item at my own cost, was offered an insulting amount of 'compensation'. Absolutely dreadful company. Do not use!

Order never moved once in England they did send a replacement which arrived quite quickly my dashound had a hole in it with in a hour won't refund unless I return at my expense has anyone payed by PayPal and got their money back

DO NOT ORDER !!!! Wait very long time a delivery nearly a month from USA then it got lost in transit, then it updated as dispatched from China.
Not surprise quality was hideous, no replacement issued after placing a complain, I have been offered a coupon of 50% discount - then a 1 GBP refund, then 4GBP refund.
I gave up - again do not waste your money.

Bought an indestructible bear for my dog paid for it realised after they took more than was supposed to waited 5 weeks for it to arrive tracking stopped at Birmingham emailed them they sent another one waited a further 3 weeks the bear was poorly stitched rubbish that my dog destroyed in 5 minutes contacted them said to return it in good condition for a refund I emailed them to say was destroyed got an Email back saying they were now on vacation would get back to me in 7 to 14 days an absolute scam site do not use......

Ordered a dog toy. It was marked as delivered ‘to a safe place’. I never received it and the company are giving me the run around and keep asking me to check with the post office. The post office don’t even recognise the tracking number and the company won’t tell me who their courier is. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

ordered the indestrutable chew toy on 11/12/24. Price went up from around £15ish to just under £19 with P&P. I didn't find this out till an invoice came. Then about 20 mins later another invoice from PayPal for £22.73. Apparently it was tax that they forgot to add.
I complained and wanted a refund because as far as I could see they made charges without my consent and I have the invoices to prove it. they said they would refund the extra difference on the second invoice. They did niether. I started getting emails from an unknown courier giving updates that said 'no update available. I then had an email saying it had been delivered on 16/1/25 at 10.38. But it hadn't. No reply from courier email and I can't find out which company it is. Links on their emails don't work I.e Facebook, Instagram, pintrest, etc. They have my money and I don't have my order or anyway of discussing with either of the 2 parties involved. I feel I have been ripped off by a seller who knows I can do very little about it. very shady company with no shame, morals or conscience. I probably would not be to far from the truth that they did most of it knowing there is no redress and laughing at stupid westerners for believing the honourable people. I looked at similar items in Pets at Home, who are not the cheapest place, and they were £8. As for being indestructable, I was happy knowing there was no such thing as non-destructable, I just wonder how many brought 1 of these and never got them. Won't be buying anything from anywhere I can't get some responsibility from. Only ever use PayPal to buy and buying from places like amazon or shop in high street. Did I save anything No. Did it cost more than buying local, No. Facebook couldn't care less either, they got their fees.

Needs an update from previous review - genuinely even worse (although at this point what I am even expecting from a scam company). Another, different/fake tracking number for a “local carrier service” with a link to tracking which does not exist. Along with a “ it’s been delivered” NO IT HASN’T. Order placed 12th December fyi.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered the so called indestructible dog toy on 7th December. After multiple emails chasing delivery, it finally arrived on 5th February!

The toy lasted approximately 1 minute with my two medium sized dogs. As well as being considerably smaller than expected for a cost of over 20 quid delivered!

Just absolutely appalling product and company. Avoid at all costs.

They are a joke . Everyone stay away. I ordered a toy , indistructable may I add. Arrived nearly 2 months down the line and it was ripped open. I sent pic straight back, they offered me 3 quid lol. I said I want my money back , they offered me 7 quid and said that’s all I get offered. I told them to stick it up there , well you know. They said for a full refund I need send it back to china, I wish I could meet the company cause I would break their noses. Dirty robbing bleeders. Everyone stay away. What a way to earn money, robbing people . I hope they all get cancers and die painful deaths .

I only gave a1 because there is no 0. Took over two months for delivery. Started a claim back through credit card and then they shipped it basically. They lied about the shipment in the constant incorrect shipping details. They took more money than they said!!! After all of that it was delivered and the indestructible dog teddy bear was in pieces within minutes thanks to a gentle Cockapoo. Do not buy from these people. They give the impression that they want you to give up chasing and they keep the money. Do not trust them their products or anything about them.

Ordered item prior to Christmas 1stly gave me an incorrect order number so could not follow up item with currier...just repeat emails can you confirm address etc ect still not resolved no contact number..awful customer service on going

Like others, I wish I'd looked at the reviews first.
Poor quality, not as advertised, not fit for purpose much the same as their guarantees. Tried in vain to get money back, offered £2 then £4. I was then asked to send the destroyed toy back to them at my cost.
Deceitful company. Avoid Avoid Avoid...

Do not order from this company, absolute joke. Ordered the Indestructible Teddy before Christmas and it still hasn't arrived!. I have contacted Luckypig who say it has been delivered, but will not contact the delivery company to find out what has happened, say it up to me to do. I did check the tracking website they supplied but my postcode isn't recognised. I have been going back and forward with them for over a month, still on going.......

Would happily give minus stars.Ordered a instrukta bear it never arrived they said it was delivered but can’t give me a uk tracking number all they say is contact the post office for refund which I can’t as I haven’t a tracking number and the PO will only discuss with the sender. They are a bunch of scammers who have no intention of resolving my issue.
I have over 25 email correspondence with these jokers. I implore you do not ever buy from these

Really - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered the "Indistructa-bear" for my dog for xmas. It arrived over a month late. Within 24 hours my dog had removed most of the stuffing and the squeaker.
They will not refund unless you return it to China at your expense and even then, they'll deduct value depending on the condition of the toy.
Ridiculous!
Maybe Trump could impose 50% on imported Chinese dog toys!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the unbreak-abear, apparently for heavy chewers. It took over 6 weeks to come and the dog had it for less than 5 minutes and had ripped it to bits. Asked for a refund and refused. Awful customer service. Wish I had read the rest of the awful reviews before I bought it. AWFUL SITE!!!!

Can't leave less than 1 star. The tracking says it's in Birmingham so I raised a claim with PayPal and suddenly the tracking is wrong. They're not a UK company they're Chinese. I eventually received the item 8 weeks later and it broke within seconds. Save your money don't use this company
