If I could put zero I would. Taken weeks to say tracking has arrived. Not delivered. Company told me to check with Royal Mail. The tracking number wasn’t Royal Mail. No product. Refused refund and nothing to show for it. Fuming!

Very unhappy with this company brought a dog toy that was promised if it breaks it would be replace my dog broke the toy I contacted the company and they would not replace the item and would not give me a refund insisting that the product has been test not to break I'm 15 pounds outta pocket DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM

Not a UK company. shipped from China with false tracking from US that says it is in a Manchester warehouse with a residential postcode. The toy finally arrived after 6 weeks to be destroyed within 5 minutes

shockingly bad!! Purchased a bully toy on the 4th December and received the item on the 20th Jan. Lots of emails with the team, I was provided wrong tracking numbers, the one that was correct looks like it only went from China but only in the last 10 days.

The bully bear lasted all of 10 minutes in my house! absolutely destroyed and sent a photo to show them, they requested for me to ship this back to China, absolute joke of a company.

they advertise the bear as indestructible and has been tested on dogs, this is complete and utter lies! poor quality material, poor service, just poor all round!

Ordered on 10th of December and at this 21 January still no delivery. Do not buy from this company total scam. There is no reason for the length of delivery . I got something from Aliexpress and came within a week during December.

This company are scammers, avoid at all costs. They are not based in the UK, despite their email addres. They debited the incorrect amount from my bank, refused to provide a refund to me and then didn't deliver the product I ordered. They were unable to provide details of who the UK carrier was, just red flags everywhere

Ordered an indestructible toy teddy for my dog. when it arrived it lasted 2 minutes. Very shabby workmanship.
When i tried claiming a full refund I was eventually offered £7 . They wanted me to return the bits off the teddy back to China for a full refund

Ordered an indestructible dog toy beginning of December now 21 January still nothing. As said on here thought I ordered from a UK company but it isn’t. I keep getting sent 2 different tracking details one from America and one from China says my order was delivered but clearly not they give me what they say is a tracking numbers but the post office say it isn’t which I new and they keep sending me the same tracking numbers. I do believe this company are not totally legit. I have asked for a refund but guess what no joy. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a dog toy on the 13th Dec. They are now telling me it was delivered, totally untrue. I have asked for evidence of delivery, guess what the can't provide it. I'm trying to get my £23.00 refunded, not a chance?

Appalling. Indestructible toy fell apart within 3 mins and I was offered £4 compensation!

Arrived today - after ordering 7 weeks ago!
Our young Labrador took an arm off the indestructible bear in 2mins, the squeaker was removed within 5 minutes and the rest of the stuffing was out a couple of minutes later - great fun for a few minutes, but at more than a pond a minute, I’m not sure ore of the value for money - ha!

Ordered unbreakable bear for dogs nearly 2 months to arrive and lasted 3 minutes until it's head came off and all the stuffing came out. save your money not worth the hassle

Industructable my **** . Need a Better product. Awful. 2 mins to destroy it from a cockapoo. Really not happy and so not what it advertises. Long delivery time. Amazon selling it and totally not what the hype reads.

Ordered 2 "Indestructable" dog toys on 29th November. Tracking showed them as being shipped from US, via Belfast and then nothing. Contacted them and replacements sent from China. Finally arrived on 20th Jan. Really poor quality, dog chewed through 1 in approximately 90 seconds. Don't expect to get a refund from them but I'll try. **DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY **

Ordered this toy 14/12 and it arrived 19/1 this toy lasted less than an hour.

Only one star as can’t go any lower. Ordered item 14/11/24 still not received. After approx 11 emails supposedly with delivery updates, said item delivered, when queried told me still in country of dispatch I asked for proof of delivery which the will not supply. They also overcharged as well as no delivery. Pay pal have been no help and have refused refund, asked them for proof and guess what it was just a comment saying it’s been delivered. As others have said, scammers avoid at all cost

I brought an indestructible dog toy from them. I waited over a month for it to be delivered. It lasted 2 minutes so I have asked for a refund to be told that dogs have sharp teeth!!! They are refusing a refund despite numerous emails to them

Purchased an unbreaka-bear for heavy chewers.
Took nearly 8 weeks to arrive and it lasted less than 5 minutes with my puppy. Offered me £3 as compensation.
