I ordered from LUCKSL and paid cash on delivery.

I never received a proper order confirmation with itemized products, which is unusual for a legitimate online store.

After receiving the package, I discovered the sender is Futuracross Ecom Limited. There is no clear return address, and customer support does not provide return instructions.

Returning the items is very difficult or impossible.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website.

I have lost my money at this website/platform l deposited money 54000 rupees but the recioptionst demand that you have deposite more money of 1 lakh rupees now the website is not opend nor the recioptionst replied.please help me to recover my money.
