No parcel, no refund. They dont reply to emails. Avoid!!!!!

I ordered something on 29th Jan 2024 and no sign of my delivery chased it up with many emails but no reply and no refund given.

Please do not buy from this website, they have stolen copywrite material from kellythepoet.com. These anxiety relief pocket poems are created and sold by kellythepoet.com to help people.

Product not arrived. No reponse from emails. Avoid at all costs.

Warning this is not a UK company, it's rubbish from China. Only had half of order delivered, no reply from customer service. Company is a fraud. Make sure you share everywhere on social media

Ordered a clock, it was in pieces when it arrived. Emailed them asking for a refund. No reply. Absolute rip off

Awful! I never received my order!

Somehow I did not realise the product was coming from China so it took much longer to arrive than I expected.

Emailed the company twice for an estimated delivery date but had no response.

Product eventually arrived but it did not look much like the picture and was certainly not worth the money I paid for it. Luckily I hadn't paid very much.

I should have done more research

I bought a calendar called “Dogs Pooping in Beautiful Places”. From the photos it looked like a good quality a4 calendar. It has arrived today and is absolutely tiny, cheap paper and with blurry, ridiculous photos. I paid £10 and £5 postage. I wouldn’t have paid 50p if I had seen this in a shop.

Another bunch of chinese crimos operating out of HK.

Non existent customer service and apocalypse grade products. Just a terrible company all round. Stay away!

Avoid at all costs . They offer no SP and prices are about 20% Lower than elsewhere. I decided to withdraw my initial deposit and discovered they charge 10% to withdraw your own money. Avoid at all costs.

Worst staff ever asking for my account to be deleted took her 20 mins and the games on this site am a joke no wins ever

Ordered two long shirts to wear over swim suits. Total rubbish, material is so flimsy, not made well at all, the yellow shirt is more of a mustard colour and the green is more olive, suppose to be loose fitting but not. I should have known better than to think I was getting something nice when it came from China.

Ordered a dress. Doesn’t fit, poorly made, shocking quality. No one from customer service replying to my emails. Avoid like the plague

Have been trying to contact them over 2 weeks by email to ask questions about an item before ordering. says they will get back to you within 24 hours they dont. I have sent them 3 emails. After reading these other reviews I think Il stay clear.

Wish I'd read MiMi review before I ordered. I bought 2 bras at a cost of £33 and they are terrible. No where near the sizes I ordered. Now I can't even find a returns address for a refund. Avoid this scam.

Sizing is not UK sizing, I ordered a bra which was nowhere near what it was meant to be
Website claims full refund but buyer pays postage, however I was told I'll only get only get 50% refund and I can't return the item due to COVID
