This company took money out of my bank & I didn't go on this website or try to book anything !

There is no doubt that this site is a scam. There is a significant charge on my credit card from them, but no emails, no confirmation code, no flights booked. Multiple emails have been sent asking for help in figuring out why there was a charge and they said they can’t help unless there is a confirmation code. So brutal!

Booked flight on Lucky2go, payed with my credit card, and got confirmation email. Later that day bank calls me and said fraud alert and asked if I made the purchase for tickets online. I said yes it was me and had it processed. Day later I get confirmation from frontier airline and issued tickets for my round trip. Take first flight to destination and land, great! Days later on flight back home, notice my seat and my wife seat are separate so I go to the check in counter and rude frontier lady doesn’t ask what I’m there for and just takes my license. Moments later she tells me I can’t fly cause their was fraud on my account. I look at her and say how’d I get my boarding pass then? How’d you guys confirm my flight to fly in before? She said I used a third party (lucky2go) and that I can’t get on the plane. She tells me I have to buy new tickets for the flight or call for refund. Looked at my wife and she looks at me and says let’s just go. We make it through the gate and fly home. We were lucky because it didn’t make sense when we had already flown in with no problems. Frontier never notified us and we would of never known if I didn’t go to the counter. I won’t use them again because that’s to many sketchy issues and even though I was “lucky”, company is not secure enough for me to try again. I see why they call themselves lucky2go. You might get lucky, or might not with your trip.

They claimed ticket was cheaper than the original airline, and then MAGICALLY added $17 extra AFTER I pressed "buy"
SO AT THE END THEIR TICKET WAS $10 MORE EXPENSIVE THAN GOOGLE FLIGHTS OR THE ORIGINAL AIRLINE.

it is not possible to contact them.
Their web form for refunds bombs out and you cannot send them a message

They seem to SAVE your credit card info WITHOUT ASKING YOU FIRST bc after I bought the ticket the "save" popped up

I wasnt very careful because google listed them right after themselves and the original airline,

At the time of booking, it was cheaper. But after booking it shows booking in progress. Next day we receive an email to pay extra dollars. Which are already higher prize than other booking agent. Waiting for refund. Not trustworthy.

I don't recommend this company at all, be careful, I paid for a flight 3 times more expensive than on the airline's website, they refused to cancel the flight and reimburse me, it's a scam.

I JUST booked a flight for $22 and was charged $59. How is this site recommended by Google flights? Could have booked through spirit for $27 however clicked the Google recommended alternative and was charged $32 more. Also don't have a ticket as it's "processing".

Edit - in reply to your reply - there was no indication that I would be charged more than the flight from spirit. Why on earth would I not just book through them? I have traveled a lot and many third party companies are offered cheaper than the actual airline so I trusted this Google recommended company. Zero indication of additional charge until non refundable receipt is absurd and the sad past is until you are disallowed by Google, nobody is going to read these reviews before booking until it's too late.

My ticket purchased through this website was flagged from the airline as fraud and unusable. I had to purchase a new ticket at double the price at the airport. It seems legit because you get a flight itinerary and confirmation number. But when you try to check in online it won’t let you and I didn’t find out that there was a problem until I got to the airport and tried to check in at the counter. It took me forever to find a customer service contact number and that one didn’t even work.

This website is a scam. We bought two tickets from Quito to Lima and they sent us an email days later saying that "the price changed" so we have to pay the difference. We checked and the price did change - FOR A LOWER RATE!!! And they had the audacity of asking for even more money, when the ticket should have already been bought in the first place. Absolutely disgusting. They do not reply, they do not have customer service and they do not have any option to ask for a refund. DO NOT use this website. We had to raise the issue and ask for a charge back on our credit card. So our only hope is that our own bank refunds us. This is FRAUD and ILLEGAL in Europe.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Two days before departure, they cancelled the ticket that I purchased. Ticket prices are now $1500, instead of the less than $400 I paid. The flight is still scheduled to depart and seats are still showing as available for purchase at the extremely inflated price. The cancellation notice was very cleverly written, they claim the booking could not be completed, despite taking my money. NEVER book with Lucky2Go, they will happily take your money and then not deliver the service you paid for.

I WILL NEVER BUY A TICKET AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY !!! Purchased a RT ticket received the information. We went to check in NOPE NO ticket what so ever…. I’m so mad. I called the airline they had nothing under the name at all. Scammmmmm my credit card was charged. UPDATE as of 1/23 !! So after their response he arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hrs early. He’s actually sitting there as I respond to this. Stood inline at Frontier absolutely no ticket to be redeemed from this reservation. We bought another ticket for this trip. So NO your response is absolutely not working. People please just use the airline, direct or reputable company. Lesson learned!!! Looked up Lucky2go on the BBB nothing comes up 😳🙄🤔

Do not be alarmed if they did not provide your airlines confirmation number. Contact Customer Service and someone will email you the Spirit or Frontier Whatever Airlines Number Confirmation You are Missing

Total scam. I selected my flight for a specific date and on the booking it was for two weeks later. I’ve been waiting over a week for a refund and out of no where receive a new invoice. It’s insane you can’t get anyone on the phone or a decent reply for the online support.

Paid for my tickets days ago, still haven’t received them. I am worried, judging by the experiences of others I won’t know if I actually have a seat on this flight until it’s too late.

I booked 2 tickets with lucky2go, the airline app said sent confirm to the email, but I never received the confirmation. I will be worried from now until I am back from my trip (if the tickets are valid). They charged more than what it was listed without any permission. No toll free number to call. Scam website!
