Scam!

Scam, Scam, Scam. They post cheap flights then raise the price at the last minute before checkout hoping to catch people off guard. They claim "the price has changed while you were filling in your info". This is a straight up lie.
Companies should be prosecuted for this type of activity. My advice is to steer clear of companies that engage in deceptive and deceitful tactics such as these.

LHR from CPH

just booked the ticket to LHR from CPH.
when I started booking the ticket the price was 1345.10DKK so I put my card details and they charged me 1822DKK without any information. They are running a scam here. If I go and book with the airlines its 1628DKK. Nearly 500DKK scam. Not happy at all with the service.

The flight to Cabo San Lucas costs $724 in google search which made me booked lucky to go but when I exited their site I paid $763. Why? They added $39.

An Absolute Mess...

So I see a lot of people are experiencing the same thing that I am. I bought a returning ticket from Atlanta to Dallas. I took screenshots of the transaction because I'm used to dealing with 3rd parties and wanted to cover myself. Nowhere on the page does it say what the additional fees would be. It just charges $10 after you complete the booking. I brought this up to their representative over phone and email and they said we consent to the fees when we agreed to the terms and conditions THAT'S WRITTEN IN POLISH!! And there was not an option for English on the computer. The website/company is a mess. Also, you don't even get access to your boarding pass right away (after they give you the confirmation number). If anyone is having issues getting your money back, you can open a dispute with your bank and explain to them the issue you are having. All companies owe you as a customer legitimate service.

I booked a flight that said the tickets were $98. When I got to checkout it added a $10 processing fee and said it was $108. This was a comparable price to the other booking sites, so I went through with it anyway. After clicking "book" it said "THE PRICE HAS CHANGED!" And they'd added another literally 1 cent to the total and made me confirm. I clicked confirm and it said the booking was pending. After 12 hours they said the price had changed and requested another $98 or they'll cancel the booking. When I contacted customer service, they tried to pretend this is normal behavior.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Absolutely awful online travel agent. Upon a schedule change instead of contacting me, they've cancelled all flight reservations in the booking and refunded the ticket without my consent.

INSUARANCE:10 days after my initial review.
I have now gotten the new tickets with changed dates. Still waiting for confirmation that the travel Insurance (paid initially) still covers (and is transferred to) these new tickets.

I booked a flight with this company and so happened to get an emergency the person supposed to be flying couldn’t fly ! They weren’t helpful at all all they said is oh we can’t refund it or even change the dates ! I reached out to the airline and they swiftly put my matter straight to accounting to be processed! Whereas the people I booked my flight with were being so not helpful at all and sending generic messages SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME THESE REVIEWS ARE REAL

BS - Worst Experience Ever

Literally terrible. To start off, they had a discounted price that they offered. I paid that, and then, they requested more money as other reviews state they do.

Then, I get an email that they have changed my flight to a day layover, and I need to request a refund in the next 48 hours. I did that and emailed to confirm. They told me it takes 30 days to process.

Fast forward two weeks and I get an email that they can't give me a refund due to airline policies. I was lied to, and due to their inability to request the refund after I gave a quick response, I am out of money. I hope to get a full refund, but worried this is a scam.

The schedule change was unwarranted, and there are still seats available on all other websites.

I was booking a flight from Dawson Creek Bc

I was booking a flight from Daeson creek BC to Vancouver BC. I was in a hurry and did not realise till I got to the Dawson Creek Airport - that there were no flights to Vancouver from Dawson Creek Luck2go booked me on a flight from Grande Prairie Alberta to Vancouver. Thier website states that flighs must be canceled 48 before the flight to qualify for a refund. Deceitful business practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a horrible experience wit…

We had a horrible experience wit lucky2go. We brought a family member with us who booked with Lucky2go after we booked with the airline directly. We travelled Sept 1from Calgary to Ottawa with a layover in Winnipeg. Our layover flight was cancelled by the airline. Our flights were rescheduled the next day and our family member was scheduled September 3 (stuck in Winnipeg alone for 2 nights) our airline was very accommodating getting us all to Ottawa directly Sept 1. But our real issues with Lucky to go came on our return flight. Our family members return flight home was moved 2 hours before our flight. We called Lucky2go and requested she come with us. They stated they could move it and sent us a detailed letter stating “the airline has changed the flight (to our flight) and if we are unable to make it the airline will offer us a refund” when we arrived at the airport the airline stated she missed her flight and was not able to come on ours unless we bought another ticket. We called lucky2go and they offered no help they put us on hold numerous times and suggested we go to airline counter (which we were already at) they then assured us the only way they can talk to management was if they emailed them and wait for a reply. The lady assured us that is all they could do and stated was airlines fault. She stated she would be okay to fly as email won’t take long… was 5 days ago and we still have not heard back. We asked the lady on the phone for her name and she initially stated no then put us on hold again for an hour. Eventually our plane arrived and we had no option but to pay $840 to get our family member home. Since being home we have called to ask to speak to a supervisor and no one has called us back. Horrible service, dishonest, difficult to get ahold of and not at all recommended. Our low income family members flights ended up costing more then our 4 combined. And was her first time travelling.
***in response to their reply. This issue has NOT been resolved. We have not had a call back or an email in a week! We called to speak to a supervisor. He seemed helpful but has NOT returned our call or emailed us back as promised.

I have been trying to change my flight and finally cancelled it due to lack of feedback. Can I get a refund?

I have been trying to change my flight for 2months now. No Feedback from lucky2go. I have sent several form for change of ticket and finally chose to cancel my flight due to no response. I have sent several emails but no progress yet. What is going on? We are running out of time now. I need a refund of whole amount (not EUR 1,655.17. SCAM!

SCAM!! "Cancelled" my booking before it was confirmed...yet had problems refunding me? Yeah, cute. When I called, they acted like they couldn't hear me until I said "girl, I know you can hear me" and then she giggled and perked up. Just to tell me the airline directly cancelled the flight. Which, kind of made me laugh because I was able to pull it up on the airline's website itself. So, I caught them in 2 lies within the first 5 minutes of the conversation. Definition of sketchy business practices and being vague or dismissive just to scam. I don't understand why money was ever pulled from my account if the flight wasn't confirmed but I'm going to make sure I get a refund. Good luck and do not buy your tickets through lucky2go!!!

worst customer support ever. all bots, zero customer service. i booked my flight 5 days ago and the airline said i don't have a flight!!
