I can not get my money back even though I already inform them that I would like to close my account using the same way where my deposit came from, their minimum withdrawal is $300 for bank accounts, other withdrawal methods are in crypto which an ordinary person will not open an account as this is not an ordinary means of putting your money. Inspite of my numerous request for refund, they still insist that I do withdrawal by opening an account with non bank company. They do not care about customer needs and circumstances. It is a trap for senior citizen like me because when you sign up they do not show their stiff means of withdrawal otherwise I would not have created an account with them

I would say that small talk whilst people are gambling be it $40 or 2 thousand per game is unnecessary and irritating , when you have 2 thousand riding on one hand of blackjack and trying to concentrate and dealers discussing what kind of cars they have a travel dreams is purely ridiculous , whether you do this intentionally or not is an assumption , its inconsiderate and unprofessional.its fine for a dealer to introduce themselves wish them luck and then get on with business, not engaging with others or commenting where im from , its actually offensive and if you can't see this then it's troubling , asking me small talk while im losing thousands is purely stupid or even if im winning , im not there for entaining people im gambling with large sums as are others , I feel like chatting and telling them to get on with what their paid to do .
