The resizing tool sucked
The resizing tool sucked, it broke so fast and now I have to take it to a jeweler (I used it correctly). The support person was awesome, I put in the wrong shipping address and they helped me sort it out really fast and were really polite.

Tyler gave me the BEST customer service I’ve received in a long time. I was skeptical about ordering a watch from a company I’ve never heard but when I saw they were running a BOGO event and the great price for the watch I wanted I thought why not try it. IM SO GLAD I DID! I made a mistake and almost missed out on my free watch but Tyler went above and beyond to get me the second watch even after my original order had shipped. If these watches are half as good as the customer service I know I’ll be happy! Great work Tyler you’ve got a customer for life.
