I am writing this review to express my frustration with my recent experience at [luxymax. I had a significant win of €238,000 during my gameplay, starting with a balance of €9,600. However, I was shocked to find that the amount left in my account was much lower than expected, as well as the payout I received.
I have screen recordings from the game that clearly show my winnings, yet the customer service has been unhelpful in resolving my concerns. I have reached out multiple times, but my issue remains unresolved.
As a player, I believe that after such a substantial win, I deserve a fair and complete payout. The lack of transparency and support regarding my situation is very disappointing. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I may have to consider taking further action, including legal steps.
