I am Guest_555 on the Lucky Money phone App. I have not received a payout transaction since 6/19/2024. I am due 3 payout transactions. My transaction history on the Lucky Money phone App shows that these 3 transactions were processed; and they were not.
I have been trying to reach out to Lucky Money about these missing transactions and they have not responded.

Its not easy and I dont think anyone should expect it to be but got my $100 payout among many other $2 payouts. I cant pos pictures here but posted it on my Twitter Feb. 8th 2024. Can't link but user name is B__E__A__U (those are double underscores)

Stucked on 99.25 for a month. I think is a big a scam. Nobody can get an card of 100$ paypal. They must win so much money but you dont expect for your money. They win a lot because you must view a lot of adversitings. So so sad....

18 payments awaiting - changed hands several times - don't bother

I have previously written a one star review about this app for the many issues I have encountered. However, I admit that as I continued to play the developer actually fixed many of the issues & I have been able to acquire & redeem a total of $9.20 through PayPal.
The cash portion still has barely increased & I have not been able to redeem, but I have cashed out for the only option available, the $5 paypal reward for 5 million tokens each. It takes time but is doable. There are still a few kinks with the ads not working. But I can prove that I've received actual money by playing this game. So I officially change my rating of one star to 4. The app is difficult at times, but legitimate in my personal experience. Thank you.

I can not believe that they are kidding me, deceiving me, invite so many people to play and download the game that is ashamed because of the app luckymoney does not let the goal reach, play and play after 2 weeks and something and I'm stuck 98 and the person who invited also deceitfully wasting time.

This is very good app but pay out it is too slow

Have over $10 and 78 million tokens that I can cash out but I am being told I can only change my phone number once. You need to verify your number before you can cash out and I had changed my number once before. Now I am stuck with all these tokens that I cant cash out. Waste of my time!

I have benn waiting for 4-$2.00 Amazon Gift Cards since 2/23/20. First start 3 to 5 days for cards then changed to 7. Well past 7 days and still nothing. They do not respond to emails or posts on their Facebook page but seem to have time to post other things on their Facebook. This used to be a great site but now all they are doing is ripping people off that made them lots of money.

I have been stuck at $9.90 for some months now and I also have over 20 million coins and no reward is available for several months now. It's not worth downloading.

will not payout nor give you the chance for vouchers higher than $2 amazon cards

I can no longer recommend this app to anyone. What a shambles. Been waiting 2 months for 10 different vouchers when it states 7 working days. Feel let down.... Don't state what you can not back up

Very unresponsive to players when asking for support. A lot of gift cards are never even offered. in all 9 months I have played I have only seen $2 & $5 amazon cards and $50 PayPal cards. Not one single card in between. And theres ALWAYS AN OVERABUNDANCE OF PAYPAL$50 CARDS. AND $2-$5 AMAZON ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN.

And after telling me you've successfully changed my number BUT HAVEN'T you just throw out some cards. I hope that before the next week or 2 and you throw out more cards... you succeed at being successful in successfully getting it changed.

After a fair wait .deleting the app and posting on here, all 3 gift cards arrived in my mailbox ,in about a week. so overall a success. If i get get another or the cash withdrawal i will then lift my score to 4 stars.

I thought it was a pretty good app until I tried getting my 50 Paypal gift card and couldn't get it because my phone number was different. I emailed them several with no response!! Mad is not the word!!

Was a great game the first couple months I played. Now, you can't redeem tokens for gift cards! They only fill the $2 & $50 cards. No particular time as to when they fill the cards!! You definitely don't win any money!! Been sitting at $9.90 for months!! 🤬🤬

This site is a total con, Been stuck on $9.95 for four months now, play constantly every day but there's no chance of ever getting to the $10 pay out. I've scratched over 6000 scratchcards but still nothing, its an absolute joke, They don't even attempt to reply to any of my emails because they're a bunch of con men, no wonder there's a disclaimer from Google on their site. If Luckymoney want to continue as a business I suggest they start by paying out to everyone stuck on $9.00 or more, but I won't hold my breath on that one. Reply to this review you crooks!

I've been playing for a couple of months and I, as well as all other reviews here, think they are a legitamite scam too. I've reached 9.50 and let me tell you it took a lot of scratches to get that last dime. I was not rewarded when I tried to get a 2 dollar amazon certificate. I did get my first one but the second one said some kind of error or something and they left me in the cold on that. Yesterday I scratched three dollar bills with wings and I swear it was 15,000 dollar scratch I received 15000 in coins. Luckily I thought to do a screenshot and it shows the 3 different dollars with wings and what they actually gave me. Its a total ruse. I would also like to know how I can get in on a class action suit. I will be glad to tell my story as many times as needed to bring games like this to a halt. And shame on paypal and amazon for accepting to be part of a company that is a lie. Drew Dunn 208-518-9654 . Anybody please call me if I can help in any way you find to shut this game down. You know, it feels pretty crappy to see a big win like 15,000 and not get paid.

I've been waiting over 18 days for my rewards to be delivered. Over $20 in legitimately earned rewards. The support doesn't respond.
