Ive had good and bad times with luckpays. I won 500$ and took 2 weeks to get ot with processing. Won 700$ cashed out within 18 hours. 300$ 30 minutes. So looks like they are improving the withdrawal times .. Overall great experience!

Its sad that most of the people are reading the reviews after they go through a bad situation... Simply just do not play here , i have won 2800 with a deposit of 340 , the winning came from a bonus game i bought with 40 euros , so that means 40 cents per spin....and guess what , they confiscated my money saying that the bet has to be 30% of your deposit, i breached the terms and conditions and was left with 340 bonus money. I wish these people wouldn't be allowed to operate even tho its our fault trusting them with our money...

I think its a good casino. Lots of games, working fine. Withdrawal was quick. So far very good.

I have put quite a bit of money into this casino, i won back and withdrawal with no problems 3 days ago, then i played again yesterday and won again, when i went to withdrawal it said no payment methods available. (which is strange because i had previously withdrawn ) i contacted support who suggested i clear my browser history/cookies and cache. i knew this wouldn't work but i did it anyways. when i went back to report that it didn't fix the issue they sent it to relevant department. they then emailed telling me to do the same thing. i have spoke to 5 different people now and all telling me the same thing. i don't know how else to explain that it is their website as they will still let me deposit just wont let me withdrawal my money.
**Update** problem has now been resolved.

Worst casino ever!! Won 44k on a game, later on got a call from the manager and was told that they have a maxwin off 5000 euro on a 24h window. They removed my winnings and was left with only 10k. Never play at this casino they will rip you off!!!
