Ordered a handbag from Molly Rushy .. somehow it becomes Lucylisse. Sent a very different handbag ... slowly. Offered the "opportunity" to send it back to China then offered a discount (in increasing increments) to keep it ... never offered to send correct item.
ordered a dress for my granddaughter, but received a completely different dress in the wrong color. It arrived with zero tags and was a very cheap knockoff. This site copies photos and descriptions verbatim from the Windsor website to mislead buyers.
Customer service refused a full refund and expected me to pay out-of-pocket to ship their mistake back to China. After a frustrating email chain, their highest offer was a 70% refund to keep the wrong item. I rejected this and have filed a chargeback dispute with my bank. Do not trust this website.
