Hi, my name is Lucy and I run a small business that sells a variety of bookish goodies perfect for the book lover in your life or a pay day treat! I started off selling just my Blind Date With a Preloved Book packages and have now expanded to book boxes, TBR Jars, Prints, Bookmarks and more! Based in Skelmersdale, West Lancs but ship UK Wide. I am also a regular stallholder at local makers markets. What started off just as a hobby to fund my book buying and a top up for Christmas is now my full time job after being made redundant and seeing it as an opportunity to give my own business a try! I am still growing so every single follow on social media, website click and purchase means the absolute world to me and I am so excited to see where this takes me. Happy reading!

The perfect book subscription for book lovers

My book boxes are always so lovely. Nicely wrapped with lots of other little goodies included. I would totally recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a monthly book subscription. I’ve had others in the past but they were no where near as good. You can tell Lucy puts a lot of love and care into what she does. I also received a spring edition box that I won that was amazing too. Thank you Lucy 😁

I received my order today! Everything was packaged great and it was presented so cute! All the little add ons were cool too, I especially loved the Chilli pens! Can't wait to start my books!!

Got a blind date with a book from the Liverpool Book Festival. I got me and my sister one and we're excited to read the books. We're going to swap them when we've each read them.
Extras with them were cute

Blind date book

I loved everything about my blind date with a book package.
All the little extras, bookmark. Coffee sashe. Pens etc. We're all wrapped with tge up mist care to make the package so exciting to open.
The book was in a great condition for a pre loved one.
Can't wait for my next one.
