Shame the clothes look lovely was going to buy lots of lovely items for my holidays. So glad l read the bad reviews. I wont be buying anything! Companies like this shouldnt be allowed to trade. This why l always check now been caught out so many times.l will stay with Next returns no problem money gi back to bank account straight away..

Returned an item within the specified time. Obtained proof of postage. Have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund and my email to customer service has been ignored. They now have my item and my money. Avoid them!

Do NOT PURCHASE.

I purchased 2 pairs of magic trousers and within 2 weeks the elastic was showing all over the seams and then ripped.

Customer service were not interested and said they could only return in 14 days. I would expect these trousers to last longer than 14 days as it cost £42>inc postage for both of them.

Very poor quality stay away!!!

So gutted. I bought 2 of the co-ord outfits and one with with my birthday money. BOTH pairs of bottoms (bagging leggings type thing) each set stitching coming open inside upper leg I’m contacting them and they said because I in March three is nothing they can do it’s it’s not within the return. I’m so upset I haven’t money to throw out of the window! :-( Please think twice before buying very poorly made bottoms. Regards Clare

Just received a jumper dress and a cashmere scarf today from this company...... absolutely delighted, the quality is fantastic, both items I purchased in their sale collection, can't believe the price I paid, will definitely be ordering from this company again!!
