Amazing service even when something went wrong

I ordered several items and everything was perfect except that one necklace was missing from the package!! I reached out to customer support and they replied super quickly. They apologized and sent the missing necklace right away (received in only 5 days), and even added a small free gift to make up for the inconvenience. This kind of care says a lot about this brand and they really care about their customers.I will definitely keep buying from them. The quality is great, the packaging is cute, and their customer service is on ANOTHER LEVEL!
