Absolutely seamless frictionless experience. Booked time on app. Changed mind , moved time. No prob. I wasn’t even at the pick up place as Lugg had a photo of what they were supposed to fetch and they did. I like that the pick up contact changed at the last minute & I was able to change it in app immediately. Nice touch that every contact number has a choice to be included in pick up or drop off notification or both. A vast improvement from the days when I had to search Craigslist for a man with a van. Very reasonable price and most relaxing NYC move ever

Your amazing Luggers, Pedro and Rafael performed a very important but not lengthy service, which was difficult to find help for. It was the first time we have heard of Lugg, and we’re a bit skeptical, however this service and the guys were amazing! Our Luggers were extremely strong, pleasant, kind, professional and were very safety conscious. This was a tricky and very hard couch to move but with their obvious experience and skilled teamwork they were able to make it happen. Our first experience with Lugg was a very great one and we will be using them for sure again! Our sincere thanks again to Pedro and Rafael!

-Delivery guys were courteous and considerate of ensuring chair delivered inside to room of choice without damaging chair through doors and tight spots.

Expensive，There are problems with the bill. The items that weren't done have also been included, and the process has been delayed. The goods have been damaged. There is no timely contact information for claims and response issues. The email system for correspondence is very slow.

On time, friendly, quick, no problems...very happy! Hired Lugg after I saw them move a couch upstairs to a 2nd floor apartment quicker than I could go into 7/11 and buy a lottery ticket at 7/11 across the street from where they were moving a couch.
