I ordered a large suitcase the design of which I have been looking for for a while. It was very fast delivery and the case was packed really well. I would recommend to anyone and will be ordering again soon.

I was very pleased with the exceptionally good service I received from Luggage Express. I ordered an Antler lightweight suitcase which arrived in 48 hours and within the 1 hour delivery slot. Although delighted with the suitcase I had misjudged the size and would require the larger version of the same case. Carmen at Luggage Express was extremely helpful giving me all the information I needed to return the case for exchange. The larger suitcase was delivered within 24hours and was perfect for my requirements.

Great set of luggage scales too. I would definitely use Luggage Express again!

I purchased 2 Antler Suitcases at the cheapest price I could find. They arrived very quickly and the delivery time was set to within an hour, which I found enormously helpful.

I ordered a set of Antler Duolite luggage on a monday evening. I was attracted by the competitve price. The next morning I received a telephone call querying my delivery address - I had mistyped the postcode. How many firms take the trouble to cross check the details? I then received an email advising that delivery would be at midday on wednesday. Guess what? A well packed parcel arrived at midday on wednesday exactly as the email had said. How often do you get service like that theses days. A pleasure to deal with Luggage Express

I wanted a Trunki Boostapak for my son for holiday and I ordered one from Amazon despite them being out of stock thinking I would stick to a company I know. However, a few weeks later and only 1 week to go until holiday the Boostapak was still out of stock so I decided to cancel my order and try elsewhere! Luckily I stumbled across Luggage Express and luckily I didn't see the bad reviews as it would have put me off but with my experience I can't recommend them enough! There was plenty of communication - an email to confirm order, one to say when it is due, one to say it had been dispatched and another one on day of delivery to confirm what time it would arrive. Item arrived on time and was even better than expected. There was even a little freebie padlock in the box - how thoughtful! I ordered the item on the Friday and it arrived here by monday.. so no more fretting for me! Thank you Luggage Express! :)

Easy ordering and best on line price I could find. Cases arrived via tracked courier very fast. Excellent all round and electronic scales and extra padlocks to boot!

We ordered a Samsonite case at a significant discount to shop prices. the order was fulfilled quickly and the delivery tracking information was exceptionally good. The case arrived in perfect condition. i hadn't read the negative reviews on the site before ordering or I might have had second thoughts.

I recieved my luggage quickly and with no problems. Customer service were on hand throughout to ensure that my transaction ran smoothly. I would certainly buy from them again.

Despite advertising cheap prices, do not be fooled.

We ordered over £150 worth of luggage on next day delivery, after 3 days we chased by email without response and by phone which was diverted to an orange mobile mailbox, which was usually full. Each time we chased there was silence. We cancelled our order and demanded full refund. Over a week later the goods arrived and now we had to try and obtain a returns number from a company that refuses to speak to customers after 10 calls and messages we managed to get through to a man who eventually gave a returns number.

After 3 weeks of chasing and threatening legal action we have just received notification of payment minus the next day delivery charge which never happened.

This appears to be a one man band who will not reply to emails or telephone messages. The only way to get your money back is to quote the sale of goods act and keep threatening legal action.

Do not use this company, the customer service is appalling.

Have been trying to get all the suitcases delivered since ordering on 11th January 2012. No response to eMails or telephone calls. This company seems to provide either 5* service or less than 1* service; nothing in between! Customer service is diabolical / non-existent. There is absolutely no way they can be recommended with this inconsistency / uncertainty.

Please be aware, we have just ordered £400 worth of luggage and funnily enough the 0800 number goes to an answer machine. We brought the goods 5 days ago 20/01/2012. Now getting worried

Ordered bag on 31 December on promise of 2-5 day delivery. Still not arrived. They don't answer calls or emails but they already have payment through world pay. Now trying to seek recovery of money but am really disappointed as I needed bag for specific trip. I would complain directly if they would answer phone. Do not use this company!
If it was possible to give zero stars I would.

it is the best Lugagge services company I have ever used I would love to use this company again without any reservation they provided same day delivery of my suitcase free of charge as I was travelling out from Heathrow to JApan tokyo and the airline busted my suitcase so I got down on getting my suitcase from the internet and foudnt this company. the guy on the phone was very curteous and helped me select the CAT rockstar lugage he described it as the strongest luggage int he world and lightweight as well. i am impressed with the quality of this suitcase. I ordered a Trunki Suitcase it arrived very soon and I love the customer service, you are not on the hold, calls picked up in one minute some one had said and I tried and it did pick up in one minute, i ordered My trunki on 14th and got it the same day free charge London dame day delivery other companies are chraging 50 pounds the company I can trust easily. I had to write a review and praise them as they helped me so much as I could give my daughter a rpesent the Same day.
