What a nice surprise! Found Saint laurent silk tank top in color which was sold out everywhere, on this site, which was new to me. As it was better price than in Net-a-porter or Mytheresa, I decided to make a risk and order from Luisaworld. Wow, super fast express DHL delivery, received item next day, everything nice and secure packed. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Burberry reversible cape and it came to me in a very nice and secured carton box. I would although like to receive the item within it's original Burberry box along with a hanger but they usually don't send any anyway. Now, despite the item was folded, it bared no wrinkles, it was clean and looked gerenally great. The tags were attached and the price was fair

My only complaint is that I would like to be able to try the item inside the boutique. To be fully honest it's about a fall/winter garment but still, one must be able to try it on a physical store in my opinion in order to have a clear view

The shipping was fast indeed and the customer service very polite as we spoke on the phone beforehands

I would definatelly recommend them to someone who likes genuine and luxury items but I would like to able to try things instore in the near future, this is the main reason why I am removing one star.

I had an experience of replacing the product with the different size. Unfortunately it is necessary to order the product in the new size and send the product back in the wrong size. refund took place the working day following delivery of the return. very fast email communication, shipping of goods on the same working day as the order.

Luisa has always been my go to when I visit Athens and Mykonos from Australia. Great service, huge range of the latest designer clothes and accessories. And the sales are TRUE sales. My favourite P.A. is Ifigeneia. Always sweet and funny and happy to help and suggest things that I may have not thought of or overlooked. I was especially happy to see her in Mykonos this past summer. Ask for her. Nothing is a bother and I never feel that I have been pushed to buy. She is honest and provides alternatives that always seem to fit and look better than what I thought. Best designer store in Greece by far.

Terrible service at Oia Store in Santorini. The blonde guy was very rude and not human. We were tired and he was a bad human being. Almost racist

Do not order from this site. Not only did my YSL shoes arrive with only one protective bag instead of 2 for each shoe as usual with YSL (they steal the protective bags), but also one of the shoes was scratched. Unprofessional.

Customer service via email was prompt. From placing the order, to shipping out, to me actually receiving my bag in Asia was less than a week. Bag was in perfect condition too, so a big thumbs-up for my 1st experience purchasing with Luisa World.

Excellent service and authentic products! I ordered Dolce & Gabbana online, it came with its labels and a file with documents of the return policy, the check etc and it was very well wrapped. I received a tracking link from Luisa world as well and the item arrived within 3 days (within Greece). Definitely recommend!

I made a Shoes Purchase on LuisaWorld.com on 24th of January 2020, Received merchandise with the Free DHL Express Delivery, during two business days, everything was just perfect! The Item has been packed in a proper way delivered with the original box, Brand New! Some times from the online stores, shoes boxes coming damaged but from LuisaWorld the box was in a crisp condition. I came to this store from Farfetch and happy to fin it because the price was more fare compare to Farfetch. My Recommendations to all who is interested to shopping with LuisaWorld!
