The paddock stand for the BSA GoldStar…

The paddock stand for the BSA GoldStar 650 looks robust and well made but I wasn’t impressed by having to take a file to it in order to get it to fit together. Also the nyloc nuts promised in the assembly instructions turn out to be plain.

Instructions said tighten nyloc nuts

Instructions said tighten nyloc nuts, there aren't any only plain nuts and the powder coating is chipped and scratched, also for the bike itself clocks are loose, oil overfilled and mist under engine and also found out that owners handbook should have been redrawn and a new updated one supply, this means i haven't been running in correctly according the new version, toolkit has little relevance to what fasteners are actually fitted, also no C spanner for shock adjustments and no tool to release rear wheel spindle, 12mm spanner doesn't fit 13 mm chain adjusters

Good communication

Ordered an item which I was advised straight away it was out of stock so could wait or have a refund.
I opted to wait as wasn't in a hurry for it.
Gave me estimated date of arrival and then confirmed delivery date and it arrived exactly when they said it would.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery once the product was in stock. Had to wait a long time before it actually became available. Too many 'expected in stock' dates missed. However, once available then very fast response and delivery. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the stock situation.
