I ordered two cup holders on the 10th or 11th of Dec. and payed extra for faster shipping. Its Dec 30 and still haven't got any thing. I've sent several emails and haven't heard anything. But of course they charged my account!! Never again...I don't recommend this company at all!!

I always read the reviews before I order anything. This time I didn't and I am angry at myself for not doing it. Just like everyone else, I ordered the projection lights at the beginning of December. They sent tracking information right away, but the items never made it to the post office. I emailed them many times and get an automated, barely understandable, response. I wish there were negative stats because that's what they would get. If I don't hear from them soon I will dispute this with my card company.

The company is to me a scam
The company is to me a scam. Money taken and seven days per purchase agreement and no shipping/tracking information. Read the company but. I will submit to my CC company Dec 2019 and give update on process. No customer service number, run add for other international companies and responses to inquiries will upset you. If you Dont get the fair resolution you want, Report it to federal trade commission and FBI. Plus only item I ordered online with this CC and had an attempted hacking and identity theft attempt, not coincidence.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a few items a month before Christmas, and the site says 7-12 days.. it's been 24 days now and still have not received them. I had to contact them 18 days in asking for updates. All I got was we're busy this time of year. Well, everyone is and I still get everything else I've ordered even after the 18th! I wasn't informed if they were on back order, or if they're really just this bad at filling customer orders. Not happy as these were Christmas gifts.
