Miloš is an amazing coach, been coached by him couple of years ago. Competed in powerlifting (IPF) repressed my country with couple of medals. All I can say he’s an amazing coach 🦾

Training with Lupka has been the best…
Training with Lupka has been the best training experience I’ve ever had! I hadn’t worked out at all for years, but she guided me step by step through every workout. I knew she was a great trainer from our very first session when she took the time to understand my background and experience with fitness, then created everything specifically for me. Even when I didn’t know the names of the simplest exercises, I felt completely comfortable asking her and she was always happy to explain and teach.
