I placed and paid for my order at her end of December but have not received it to date. I have emailed the company’s email address several times and received no response whatsoever! The cherry on the top was that of receiving an email yesterday notifying me that it has been delivered yet I have not received anything. There is a 24 hour concierge service at my block so there is no way it could have been lost or stolen. No pics of the delivery have been provided either. Emailed them last night to report this and still no response whatsoever!!!

Wrong colour, cheap looking, awful. Company refuses to give a refund even though I contacted them straight away to say that I wanted to return the items unused. They have categorically ignored my requests and then came back saying that they have a super clear returns policy.
No it's not and happy to escalate this. Awful

Terrible company! Do not use, they don’t accept returns, the product is not fit for purpose and customer service ignore you. Scam!!!

Terrible customer service I have emailed them 16 times for the return address , they take that long to answer it goes past the 14 days then they say they will not return

Hair was beautiful out of the package. Not even 2 days into wearing the hair it started matting really bad and drying us. I had to wash is every few days or so and when I did I lost hand falls hair from detangling. Please don't waste your time and money on this company.

Horrible experience. Bought the buy one get one free set where one was straight and the was curly. They sent two curly ones and refused to correct their fault.
Terrible customer service

Ends were frayed after a couple of wears. Very course, looks terrible after a few wears. I threw these away after 2 weeks.

I think all the good reviews here are fake.
I bought the real hair extentions, since the synthetic ones wore off really quick. But I got sent a totally different color hair. When trying to communicate there is an annoying AI bot responding. I have returned and paid €60 in shipping costs & taxes for a fault on their end. They say they cannot cover my costs, well.. they just won't. And I still didn't get a refund for the wrong product I've already returned weeks ago.. Such a bad service!

I wish I would have read the reviews. Customer service was not helpful with trying to fix this situation after learning that these do not fit properly. Emails back and forth refusing to help find a reasonable solution. These hair extensions bulk up in the back and do not stay in place. The quality of the hair feels course and not as described. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience and a waste of money.

Wow. I love my new hair - it's fabulous. An instant confidence booster. The thing that surprised me most was I made a mistake re the colour and ordered one that was too dark. I emailed customer service and literally within minutes they sent an email saying the medium brown one was being sent out to me. No questions asked. I wasn't even asked to leave a review I wanted to.

My hair was still too short to make the halo look good (in my opinion) but I am sure if I had curled my hair or something it might have helped. I did have to return though. But the customer service was very good and I would be happy to purchase again - once my hair is a bit longer!

Reached out to Lula for a colour match, they were quick to respond. Gave a good suggestion.

It took forever to get the hair (over an month) and it did not blend well with my hair at all. It was a mistake to buy. Also, bend over and it will fall out. Not worth it to buy.

My hair arrived, was a perfect colour match, the hair piece felt soft and silky. It was also lovely and thick. Will definitely order another in the future.

love these extensions. I will say I had an issue with the hair getting frayed quickly and I reached out and they replaced them right away and my new ones have been great! These are definitely now my go to extensions!

Love my Lula! Lightweight, natural looking, comfortable and invisible extensions - Fantastic colour match too! I am a happy customer and have come back for more (Natural Blonde 18 inch) I was devastated to see the hair loss with my salon nanos and weaves. But HEY! Lula Saved the day! :)

horrible. ive only used them twice and they are very frizzy and tangled and wont let me brush them.

I had problems with the entire set (1 straight, 1 curly) where the lace wouldn't sit flat against my head (like a competitor brand i've worn for years). The hair piece was so rigid, so at the back of my head you could see the bumps (have very fine, thin hair). Tried to contact twice by completing the form and no surprise there has been no response! Ended up going back to my old brand. Gutted I wasted the money.

I agree with the reviews. They have awful customer service. They sent the wrong color. You cannot call them. You can only go back and forth with countless emails over weeks to try to get a replacement. When you send it back you do have to pay for postage. Then I waited and expected to receive a replacement in the mail because I put all of the information in the box. When I didn't receive any response in 3 weeks I reached out to them. They asked for my tracking number and my receipt. By this time I no longer had it. So I'm screwed. What a waste of time. Just order on Amazon from another seller.
