Sizing issue
After reading their Sizing, I ordered accordingly. What I received was XL but the measurements where so off, from their website to be laughable. Realistically my xl is a size small in their Sizing guide.
They offered half price refund, I stated no full refund and I will return it. Please provide confirmation. They closed the ticket. Refused to speak further.
Would give them no stars
Stop do not order. Simply stated it is junk. I will stop payment through charge company.
Lulugal is a SCAM Business
Do not buy anything from Lulugal,RoseWe,or MODLily They are all the names they sell their crap under. They send outfits you did not order. They send items that are damaged, their sizes are not correct. I live in TX and Wear a large. I bought three items xxlarge on the 12/14/16I. On 12/15/16 I bought a coat in a xxlarge because I was going to Colorado springs and figured I may want to wear a sweater or sweatshirt under it. It listed for $38.33 but the invoice said $71.20 I paid it because I thought GREAT they are sending all of my orders in one package . Wrong. I received the coat only and I have NOT been able to get my money returned to my PayPal account. The coat was so small I couldn't get it on. The other items arrived but one sweatshirt was torn on the shoulder seam, wrong color, and it was very small. They sent a sweatshirt I DID NOT order .It definitely is not anything I would wear. The second sweatshirt I DID ORDER has not arrived. Their Tracking numbers Could not be pulled up. I've been SCAMED $150.06 .PayPal has been NO help.Beware, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these names. They had a LOT of positive replies, but they do not show that they actually had a LOT more NEGATIVES than POSITIVE. I do not know why SCAM Business are allowed to even sell in this country. Their adds do NOT say they are in China
I have bought many things from CHINA and have NEVER had a problem with anything I bought.
Item never recieved
I ordered a top months ago and have not received it. The tracking has not updated since 11/24/2016 the date is now 1/10/2017. I am requesting a full refund willingly from your company and contacting my credit card company. This item was not shipped correctly and a refund is due for the total amount of the purchase price immediately.
Big Scam
I have ordered twice from them and needed to return the items as they were both too small for me (China) and they wanted my "invoice" number. I had no invoice number because they do not send an invoice with your order. They give you a run-a -round you won't believe, even though I have proof on my credit card receipts that I paid for them, they will not take them back. Also, I believe, Bankgud, Lulugal, and Modllily are all the same company, so beware of ALL of them, they all come from China and I have had the same trouble with Modlily.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
10/20/16 placed an order for $109.00 for 4 dresses. Called Paypal 11/1/16 to cancel order as it was not received for a period of time. I told Paypal I wanted to cancel this order as I read reviews & the reviews were horrible. I was told they would look into getting my money back. The company wanted to refund me only $30. I said No. Felt let down with Paypal services. Called Paypal 4 times & records were not noted when I asked to review my records. Was told finally 12/15/16 to return with tracking back to China. Post office fees were $32 without tracking. No tracking in China unless I wanted to send 1st class & that cost would be $74.00. My case is closed now at Paypal & Im out $109.00. NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR CHINA. Paypal I thought was horrible in handling this matter.
Cheap, shoddy workmanship
I made the mistake of ordering two pieces from Lulugal, based on how they looked in the photos and 'customer' reviews on the site. Both were very shoddily made, looked nothing like the photo (a cheap copy using ugly materials). Button plackets were crooked, fabrics were worse than the cheapest crap at Walmart. One item took over two months to arrive. When I contacted them about not having received the same item I had ordered, I never got a response beyond repeated emails with "70% off" offers. I assume reviews posted on their site are fakes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Based out of China. Horrible qualit …
Based out of China. Horrible quality, return shipping costs are extremely high. Buyer beware!
Do not do business with these people!
On November 22, I ordered a dress to wear for Christmas. I received an email confirmation and, on December 3, a "shipment notification." On December 14 I contacted to ask "Where is my order?" and was given the same "Please be patient and wait one more week" several times, including on December 22. According to their "customer service," I could not cancel my order because it was in transit and, like many other people, I had no idea that it was coming from China.
The package did finally arrive on December 24. The dress is the wrong color, looks nothing like the photo on the website, and, of course, it does not fit. After reading other reviews here (and how I wish I had thought to do so before placing the order), it's clear that it would cost more to send it back than I actually paid for the dress, so I see no point in that. I will post a negative review wherever I can find a site that will accept it and will block any further communication from these people. What a waste of money and energy!
Do not order from here, this place is a scam, report them to econsumer.gov
It is a scam. I ordered a dress over a month ago and keep getting excuses from them about why I did not receive it. The tracking information they give you reads the same every time, basically the shipment was prepared, but obviously never shipped. They don't offer any refunds and just keep emailing their lies of excuses. I have reported them to econsumer.gov, which anyone that has experienced the same as me, should report them because with enough reports we can stop them and shut them down. I can say goodbye to my money, because I will never get it back.
