If I could give negative stars I would!! SCAM of a business. DO NOT BUY from them! The dress that was sent to us was the wrong dress & not as advertised, cheap polyester material & not sewn as shown on photos. Tried to contact customer service for a return and it’s just a thread of pre-generated emails that get you nowhere. After a lot of back & forth they promised a partial refund that I never received and then stopped responding to my emails completely. It’s been almost a month. The phone number listed on the website is not a real number. The address they provide is not a real business address, they send you an address from China to which they want you to send the return to, at your own expense ($35 shipping estimate!) the address doesn’t specify anything related to the business so if you try to return anything there’s no saying it will even be accepted and you will get any kind of a refund. Just overall a scam, they advertise as being a legit business in California but none of it is true.

Purchased dress waited a month and never received it. I had to reach out to them. They informed me there was a problem with the shipping and I would be refunded the money. It’s been 2 weeks and still no refund. Finally I decided to dispute the charge with my bank.

I would give zero stars if possible. I think this is a scam, do not order. They send you a different dress than what you think you’re getting, then they go round and rounds with you in email trying to give you a small percentage refund to just keep the dress. After 7 emails, I just settled for a 60% refund because I got so sick of dealing with them. That’s probably exactly their plan, otherwise I don’t know how they would stay in business.Do not order I repeat.

I ordered a dress and received a completely different item—a cheap, low-quality dress that I never purchased. This is not what was advertised or what I paid for.

Their phone number does not work, and the customer service emails appear to be auto-generated responses refusing to properly refund my money. They are also trying to make me pay high return shipping costs for their mistake.

This feels like a scam. I have already reported the business to the Better Business Bureau and filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Please be careful before ordering from this company. 🚩

If you want to return something, even though their website says you can get a full refund, you have to ship it back to China and that shopping alone costs more than the actual product cost

Be very careful with ordering from this company. They do almost like a bait and switch. I ordered a brown sequin dress for my daughter. They sent me a navy blue spaghetti strap dress. Completely different color and style. After contacting them they told me to try the dress they sent. I might end up liking it. What??? That's not what I ordered. How do you not offer a complete refund. Disgusting how they prey on customers.

Horrible experience with these scam artists. Ordered a dress for my granddaughter and they sent a completely different dress. Claimed to be in LA but they are in China. They insist I pay to return the cheap ugly dress they sent and pay the shipping to f’ing China when they sent the wrong dress intentionally. Will let my credit card company deal with them. Total scam. Dresses advertised on their website do not exist, you will not receive what you ordered.
Fake phone number and address. Not based in California like they claim to be, but rather Hong Kong. They won’t refund the money, will only refund 30% or return the dresses for a “full refund” at your own expense.

I wish I would have read these reviews before placing an order. Seems that their M.O. is shipping whatever they want and then not issuing refunds. I received 2 completely different dresses than what I ordered. After several emails I finally did get a response, but they have ghosted me since then. Had to pay for return shipping per their instructions and still no refund even though they said they would issue me one. Would rate a Negative 10 if I could! Do not buy from this place.

If I could give a negative 5 star I would. This place is a sham through and through. Listing a location in California on their website. Their phone number is in Pennsylvania, which does not work. All product comes from Hong Kong and they bait you with up charges like 'Expedited Shipping' and 'Tips'. Total joke. I got had and I'm still fighting for my money back. I'm not done yet. Do not. I REPEAT. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Read all of the reviews. They all say the same thing that happened to us. Paid for expedited shipping. Sent wrong dress. Won’t allow us to return it to their fake address in China. Offered a partial refund and they never sent it or responded. Total scam. Will be reporting them. Spread the word.

RUN DO NOT ORDER FROM LULUINTHESKY!! Complete scam. Fake address and phone number. They send you something that is completely different than what you ordered from Hong Kong. and then when you try to correct it they give you an option of taking a 30% refund or shipping back to Hong Kong at your own expense so either way you are out money.

Company shipped wrong item. Then would not refund my money. They stated that I had to pay to return garment and when received would only refund the dress. NOT THE SHIPPING PAID TO RECEIVE WRONG ITEM AND RETURN FREIGHT TO SHIP WRONG ITEM BACK.

I would give it negative stars if I could. Poor/ zero communication on processing the return and refund. Wish I saw all these reviews before buying from them.

This website is a SCAM!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. As all the other reviews, I ordered a dress for my daughter for HOCO. Ordered way in advance and it never arrived on time. When it did arrive it had no tags, the dress was see through and the best part IT WASNT EVEN THE DRESS! This was poor quality. The website states it is based out of LA, CA. However, when I requested to ship the dress back it asked I paid $182 to ship to Hong Kong!!!!!! I have been going back and forth for weeks via email because of course their fake phone number listed on the website doesn’t work. I have yet to receive any sort of refund!

The company sent the wrong items which happened to also be very low quality. When I asked for a prepaid label they would only offer for me to ship it back or for a partial refund. The phone number on the website is disconnected.
