Two items were missing out of an order placed with this company. Numerous attempts have been made through their customer service email but to no resolution. Based on lack of response and a loss of money for items never received, I would carefully consider before placing an order.

I can not get the company to send me the information on how to return an item. I ordered a size 4T and they sent me a 7T after a month and half wait !!! I should not have to pay return shipping since it is their mistake. They will not answer me on where to send the dress back...I need an address. Also sales@lulurobin is not an actual address !!!
Same as others - they have changed their name from "Mini Taylor" to "Lulu Robin now" (Aka Bebe Hannah). They also go by the guise "Taylors Kids".
