I ordered a blanket and what I got was 2 fraudulent charges of over 200 on my bank account.

AWFUL company! There is no customer service or customer satisfaction.

I ordered "Perfect For Cold Winter ! Thicken Shearling Blanket Winter Soft Warm Bed Quilt for Bedding × 1 Gray / 200*230cm" off an Instagram Ad for $35.90 and several weeks later I get a "coat" WTH!!! emailed several times with no response even tried emailing in "Chinese" and nothing! I should have used PayPal.

Do I even have to give it a ☆? I ordered a Shearling blanket on Jan 6, 2020. It's the 22nd of Jan and just yesterday I received a gmail stating my order WAS DELIVERED; ummm NO! I'm home ALL day long and there's no way anyone came here cause my door is right by the mailboxes and I hear EVERYONE opening up the door to the stairwell where the mailboxes are! Plus as it stands right now I only have ONE neighbor who opens that door. All other apts are empty. So here I sit trying to figure out EXACTLY how to contact them cause everything is in another language. And I do have English selected as my language. I CAN'T READ CHINESE...help🙁 And the worst part is I REALLY needed that blanket! I'm f-in freezing here!😨🌨❄
***UPDATE***Feb 7, 2020 and I'm STILL sending messages through gmail directly to the company where I bought the blanket. NO responses at all!!!😐

***2nd Update!***Feb 10, 2020. Yesterday I while looking at my bank statement I realized I paid for this purchase through PayPal! I messaged PayPal and yea you go through the automated system but can quickly switch to a "REAL" person. And I checked to see if it was actually a REAL person, lol. BUT! Here's the "simple ease" of PayPal!!! After contacting them, they looked into my issue. I purchased from "Lulusday" and I know absolutely nothing regarding their company but I discovered the "real link" to the "SELLER" of this purchase. I'd leave their link below this but I just saw that no links are allowed, sorry. So PayPal contacted me today with the response that I'll be receiving my refund! Such as TIMELY response was not expected and so I'll leave a review for PayPal in the highest regards!

I ordered what I thought was a wool double-breasted winter coat. What I got was a cheap fleece jacket. Although I did receive a similar item and within 6 weeks, I still believe this site is a scam. I was unable to track my item until about a week before it arrived. Once I received the item, I tried to contact them to find out how to get a refund. That was 3 weeks ago. I have yet to get a response.

I strongly recommend NOT shopping on this site.

Like all the others, I saw the advertisement for the fluffy blankets on Facebook. I ordered 3 fluffy blankets. But what I received was 2 ugly t shirts that would not fit any member and a pair of socks with no packing slip included. I followed the tracking information even calling my local post office. I too, tried, unsuccessfully to reach anyone. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

This company is a huge scam!! I ordered three large cozy blankets for my children 2 months ago
What I've received is 2 men's t-shirts and one toddler pair of socks.
I have sent out several emails to the company without hearing one responds back,these blankets were not cheap..

I like everyone else have been scammed. I ordered two of the big fluffy blankets just before Christmas. I received a small pair of tennis shoes and a bikini that would fit a Barbie. Spent almost $60 on the two blankets. I am contacting my bank today to file a claim. I’m also going to contact the attorney general and see if I can file a complaint. Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a company to advertise their fraud business. I don’t think Facebook is hard up for the advertising revenue. I’m completely disgusted by this entire situation.

SCAM! I ordered a $45 back massager and recieved a cheap men's wallet you can probably buy at the dollar store. Look up the wallet on the internet and one is for sale on Ebay for $7.99!

Yep, same here 4 hours worth of hard labor in the wastebasket! This is not right! I dc if you send it to lulusday because obviously they don’t give af!

I also got scammed, ordered 1 king comforter and 1 king fluffy blanket on December 26, 2019. Haven’t heard a word or status updates. I’ve emailed several times. I haven’t even gotten a worthless, cheap item as a replacement.

Just like everyone else I ordered a fluffy blanket, INSTEAD I received a pleather mens wallet. I have emailed their so called customer service 3 times and have yet to get a response. I'm super upset!! UPDATE....I contacted paypal to try and get my money back

these people suck. Been trying to get answer for days about item I did not receive. I just want my money back. Seems like a cold day in HELL before I get it. I did get something a stupid tshirt that said something about new year (but not in english ) only knew that because it had 2020 on it I guess.

Like everyone else here ive lost money to these criminals. Ordered blanket got worthless pacamac. Tried to get money back via paypal and they were useless. So much for buyer guarantee. Should be closed down for the lies they tell but keep changing their paypal name too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
