Order a blanket, and said it is in my mailbox..... The damn thing can not fit in my mailbox. I will spread the word that this company is a joke. What I received was a mans wallet. I don't a wallet, and if I am going to drop that much on a wallet, at least let me pick the color.

Yep i got scammed too, ordered a comforter blanket and got a mama bear t shirt. No response to emails. Feel totally stupid now.

Lulusday aka nanastudio is not a trustworthy website. i brought 2x shearling blankets online from instagram $69.88/£55.80 this was on Dec 23 2019 on 3rd Jan 2020 i received two t-shirts from Lulusday i didn't know why i got them i didn't order t-shirt i ordered blankets i am still waiting for my order after checking reviews of this company i came across these other negative reviews and realised id been scammed yet again by anther Chinese online company.
This is outrageous these greedy people have no heart at all.
All they want is money no matter the cost, hell these are the people that make plastic rice for Godsake to market and sell within the food industry. When are you yellow people going to stop your nonsense of literally robbing the general online shopping community and when are laws going to be put in place to stop this happening from the Chinese Governments and on Instagram, Facebook, Google, eBay, Amazon.
As I've said before and i'll say it again all you motherpuckers who are continually robbing the general online shopping community will suffer some severe death to yourselves or your children children. The sins of the fathers follows its generations, believe me, you will all get your comeuppance in this life.

I really really wished I saw this site first. I also ordered 2 blankets from this site and i recieved 2 really really ugly and cheap mens wallet. They are scammers i emailed them several times. I had seen a couple different emails. Never heard anything I even tried to call them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!!!

Recieved the most hideous red rain-type coat I've ever seen.
Should have looked into this joke of a site before ordering.

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order for that nice warm blanket but instead received a $5 t-shirt!! This was purchased from an ad on Instagram. I emailed them but no response.

*Update to my review. I payed for my order through Paypal and did an appeal through them for a refund. The seller acted very promptly and refunded my money.

On December 25 I ordered 4 blankets totaling $76.76
This company sent me 2 tee shirts 2 packags of socks on January 13 2020
I emailed the company inquiring about the blankets

I to ordered one of there thick warm comforters also and was told it was delivered, what was delivered was a cheap jacket. I have emailed them at the address that they give you and have yet to hear back from them. I’ve contacted the better business bureau and was told that this company will be investigated for fraud. I hope this will help so that or there do not get scammed out of their money the way that I was.

Did not get the item ordered. I got a crappy t-shirt. If this is not your company, then you need to prosecute the company the email refers to. I am mad and several other people have been scammed as shown by the reviews on your website. I am going to make sure everyone I know knows not to buy from this company.

We do not sell robots, as you have previously mentioned and our emails are from lovelulus.com not lulusdayfashiongmail.com. you are mentioning, but we are unable to do anything about it because it holds no ties to us. I am truly sorry for your experience associated with the other company, but it does not reflect Lulus.com.

You are wrong about that. It does reflect on Lulusfashion. I have reported this to my bank and they are working on a fraud report. I assure you, I will make sure no one I know buys anything from your company.

I see in the review you left that the order number starts with an L and is shipping from China. We are a domestic online women's clothing retailer, we only sell clothing, no electronics. Our order numbers start with a 1 and ship from CA and PA. What can I do to comfort you in knowing that this was in no way related to our company?

Would you mind telling me how you came across the website you purchases from? We often get confused for other companies as there are many with similar names.

You need to make sure no one else is scammed. If you look at the reviews you will find that many many people have been scammed and you need to make sure that the company doing this is prosecuted.

While the name is similar, we are lulus.com, there is no "day" included in our site nor mentioned in any of our ads.

Shouldn't even get 1 star. Ordered a winter blanket and was sent a tiny t shirt worth about £1. No reply from them and no luck with a refund from paypal as I have to send the t shirt back at a cost of £10. Its madness. Total scammers
