I am so fed up with scam emails from this company - every time I get one I report and block it, but they just send more with a slightly different address. This is very clearly a deliberate scam and needs to be stopped.

I order 3 boxes and find I have been charged for 6 which I cannot afford. They are telling me it does happen by mistake ( because they bombard you with options before one can check out) Not offered to reduce order. I am going to report them to the fraud division and when the stuff arrives will send it back and find out whether their return policy is real or another lie.
Do not order.

On July 22 I ordered 28 tea bags for $28.99. Three minutes later they changed my cc for 3 items I never ordered. I immediately sent 7 emails to cancel my order they said it had already shipped what in a matter of minutes. I want my refund of $128.30. Do not do business with this company. They have numerous complaints on BBB and Trustpilot. They are a scam. I reported them to the office of consumer protection I have proof of every mail. I also called them twice and left voicemails but no response. I insist on a full refund. I am not paying for return shipping. I told them I would not accept any items they send. Stay away from Lulutox. Every email is a canned response saying how to send back items at a cost to me. I never ordered them and refuse to pay to ship something I didn’t order back.

Took up trial offer £17.95 but was not aware that you have to order one pack at full price £20.99 + postage before this is applicable total £42.85 charged. Plus they do not tell you that their office for finance is in the USA and I was charged another £9.22 for exchange of £ to $. Very pricey cup of tea and I have certainly tasted better, do not know yet if their claims work. DO NOT GET CONNED LIKE I DID!!!

This company take your payment immediately however when asking for a refund they are horrendous. Despite being sent proof of postage with tracking numbers numerous occasions, still awaiting refund. Same reply each time queried.
AVOID!

This company is a total SCAM. I cant believe they how they get away with it. You order 1 item and they automatically upsell you to a subscription, and the value trebles. All the customer service is bot driven and it is impossible to get an answer or your money back. They send you links to log in to the account which never work or never arrive. Please avoid

Another DO NOT BUY tale. I placed the order without reading the reviews and then instantly tried to cancel it for a refund, which they refused as 'it had already been processed'. My mistake, but assured I could return for a full refund. One month and zillions of emails and evidence and sweet 'sorry for the inconvenience' emails later, still no refund or promise of one. I have the pack here waiting for the returns label, but feeling stalled all the way. First they told me I had taken out a subscription when I definitely had not. I cancelled that. Then I had to wait until the tea was delivered so I could return it, which took longer that their service standard. Meanwhile, I had tried to get the money back via PayPal, which rejected my claim as the company said they had sent the tea, which finally arrived. But because I had opened up a dispute with PayPal Lulutox will not refund. PayPal has closed the case and confirmed it in writing but Lulutox says the case is still open. I have been sent round and round in circles, all for just £21.90. Yes, they want us to just give up and go away, but then they can continue the sharp practice. The chatbot agents are pleasant and sympathetic but do not have the capacity to act despite promising that all will be well. I have wasted so much time on this. To be continued no doubt...

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two bags but got charged for another 3. I received the 3 but not the two. Trying to get them returned and an answer about getting a refund for the 5 bags, including the 2 that I haven't received, has been just email after email and no answers.

Ordered 2 packets of Lutox Tea, immediately after ordering , I realised I had used this company before and had so many problems. I tried to cancel the order which they refused to do. When I received the order, I went through all the correct procedure to return the items, it was tracked, parcelled up correctly, shown as being received back by them by Royal Mail tracking and photographic evidence and I AM STILL AWAITING REFUND AND RECEIVING E-MAILS , asking for returns proof, tracking numbers, etc etc and that its being referred to their SPECIALLISED customer service team.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. !!!!!

Unfortunately I wish I had read review before ordering. Same as others here 3 orders went through instead of one I tried to cancel straight away but was told I couldn’t. The order was shipped I returned the unwanted ones at my own cost and now they won’t return my money because I don’t have the Royal Mail tracking number. The return label was clear on the front with the number they sent so why they can’t identify the parcel by this who knows. They business model is set up to extract money from people and customers service seems to be AI

Do not buy from this company. Ordered some and they proceeded to take more money from my account. No refund given. Customer service absolutely atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

The website was very confusing and it is difficult to see what you have ordered. It is hard to find your way out of the website, there is no basket, or confirmation of order to check. You click a button and the money is instantly taken out of your account. So I accidentally ordered twice. I tried to cancel one order, difficult to find how to do it, but I sent a request to cancel within 20 mins. I was told I had a refund approved, but it has yet to appear in my account. Help desk insists I have been paid, they use different order numbers so the whole process is very confusing. Trying to return goods is equally difficult and they repeatedly offer you discounts instead. Nice tea, albeit expensive, but no way will I ever use this company again.

Lulutox is a LOVELY TEA, BUT very expensive as it does NOTHING ELSE.
It says it will help when you have tried everything and when you receive your expensive tea they send you programmes of nutrional advise and exercise, because they know that without you doing that the tea is not doing anything for you.

Easy to order once you get to where you need to be have ordered twice now don't know if it will help me lose weight but I am sleeping much better than I was and I seem to be more energetic than before early days yet so have made sure I have enough as taking one early morning and one before bedtime.
