Dodgy customer guarantee
I purchased 3 packs of the tea, was sceptical but thought I’d give them a try since they back it with 30 day customer guarantee. Tried the Lulutox teas, 2 a day and didn’t notice any changes. Emailed about the customer guarantee (was within my 30days) to be told it’s only for subscription customers not 1 off purchases - even though I purchased 3 packs.

I have not seen improvements yet but I just started drinking this. I am hopeful after 3 to 4 weeks I will. The taste was a pleasant suprise. I also order the sleep tea and I find it helps me fall asleep faster than I typically would .

I was helped immediately when I sent in a request because my order was incorrect at the end of the order. They responded quickly kindly end with many options to choose from. They responded to every email I sent to them. The tea taste OK and it’s been helping my digestion a lot!

From purchase to customer service it felt like a scamming experience.
Initially, went on the website, i purchased (of what i thought) two bags, no item showing on the purchase menu. Once i pressed purchase, then i got charged £90 for items i didn't even order.
I waited to get the confirmation, which normally takes seconds. Instead, the confirmation came 24 hours later, throught contacting the company customer services (or the scammers).
I wanted to cancel the order and asked them to do so after 24 hours of wrongfully purchased, only to get told that the otder had been shipped. Clearly a lie!
Never thought i'd pay £90 for tea.

My life has changed for the better
I have diverticular disease and also IBS. I have tried many different remedies but with little or no improvement. I was very sceptical about whether the tea bags would help but, to my absolute amazement, I am now pain free and am able to lead a normal life - even planning a holiday!
The only negative thing I have to say is that they took a long time to arrive.
